Cozy and very pleasant appartment in Ixelles

We are renting our beautiful flat during our holidays. It is very well located in Ixelles, between the famous "Place Jourdan" and "Place Flagey". You will be able to enjoy its little garden and bright, spacious living areas. Transport facilities, supermarkets, restaurants and parks are just a 10-minute walk away. The city centre can be reached in 20 minutes by bus (95). Bed linen and towels are included.

We really enjoyed our stay at Florians apartment. It was clean, the neighborhood was calm and felt safe with a walkable distance to both Brussels Noord station and Brussels Central and to the tourist attractions. There was good information about how everything worked in the apartment and if anything was unclear, Florian answered fast. I really recommend it!

As a host, Pauline is very helpful and accommodating who catered to our needs and adjusted to the timings. She is a person who focuses on great hospitability and making sure the experience of the stay for her guests is memorable. The accommodation is beautiful and very cozy. It matches the description and pictures mentioned by Pauline. The services mentioned are as well available. The whole place was squeaky clean and she even offered us with Netflix, YouTube and other OTT subscriptions. The locality of the accommodation is also very nice. There are a lot of great restaurants (of various different cuisines) nearby and walkable within 10 mins of the place. Also, there is a parking space 10 minutes walking.

We had a lovely two-day stay in Ixelles, Brussels. The apartment was cozy and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Vanessa, our host, is very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Cendre was an exceptional host — always responsive, kind, and flexible, which made the entire stay stress-free and enjoyable. The house was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. On top of that, the location was perfect — quiet, safe, and close to everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
