Ground floor: large living room + dining room with open kitchen and pantry, appliances (american fridge,dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, Nespresso Inissia, kettle, toaster, food processor, "raclette" and "fondue" kit) 1 double bedroom (160cm bed) with wardrobes and bathroom with shower and double wash-basin. Another shower with WC. Free WIFI connection, TV, DVD player, video games, CD/radio player, bluetooth speaker. First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Spacious bedroom storages. Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Supply of bed linen and towels included. Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. My accommodation is located in a small village of Labourd in the heart of the Basque Country, 40 minutes from Biarritz, 30 minutes from Spain at the foot of Mount Baigura and facing Mount Ursuya, ideally located for hiking, mountain biking, discovering the fauna and flora. Beaches 45 minutes away: St Jean de Luz, Biarritz, Anglet (surfing). Thermal spa 12 minutes away: Cambo-les-Bains. Espelette 15 minutes (pepper). In July and August, rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
