Holiday rentals with a patio in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca

We felt very comfortable in Matina's apartment. The location is perfect for walks and swimming in the Maggia or Melazza - which our dog also liked. Gladly again!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and had a great stay. The apartment is super clean, very well equipped, modernly furnished and at the same time has a lot of charm. The contact with Jonas was impeccable and very friendly. Everything was wonderful - we definitely recommend the place and would come back.

The apartment has everything you need. There is enough space for three people. From the apartment, it is only a few meters to the lake and pool. Despite the perfect weather and holiday season, it was very quiet throughout the complex. You can park the car directly in front of the accommodation.

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The room was great and had everything you needed - even tips for hiking and eating. If you have any questions, Carmen was quick and super helpful. And because that wasn't enough, there was also an idyllic pool and plenty of help and support for inquiries or special requests. We certainly won't be the last time we come here and thank Carmen for her great hospitality!

I had a fantastic stay! The service was absolutely excellent—everything was seamless from airport transfers, check-in to check-out. Communication with Ivan and Kathi was prompt, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire stay. The location was truly beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and exactly as described. Davide's apartment is perfect for a family of 3-4 people. It is well furnished, bright and equipped with every comfort. It is also located in a quiet area, but at the same time close to the center, a few minutes away by foot. It's ideal for a relaxing vacation in beautiful Locarno. We felt right at home. We'll be back soon.

Sandra is a very friendly and helpful landlady. The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and my husband, I and our dog felt completely comfortable. The view from the terrace and sofa is unique and the kitchen has everything you could want. A dream apartment. This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was super equipped and totally clean and inviting. We felt right at home. The kitchen was even set up so that you hardly had to bring anything from home. The view was also fantastic and the climb to the house is definitely worth it. Tobias is a great host! Cristian was very proactive, responsive, and professional. If you want to visit Lake Como I highly recommend this place. I will likely stay here again if I visit Como in the future. Beautiful views and a one of a kind terrace/rooftop to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks.

The apartment was actually much more beautiful than can be seen in the pictures. Giada has really thought of everything, the furnishings are lovingly selected, nothing is missing. Everything is sparkling clean and stylishly furnished. The arrival was well prepared and Giada is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had almost only rainy days, so we were all the more pleased about the mega beautiful apartment and the hot tub. Unfortunately, the town of Marzio is not very lively. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and quiet, you are in the right place, there are great hiking opportunities. The apartment was the most beautiful accommodation we've ever had. What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

The apartment gave the real Italian feeling. The pattio and garden were amazing and gave an relaxing enviroment. And the views over Lago di Como was breathtaking. Could sit outside and just enjoy the view and silence for hours. Would absolutly stay there again.

Super nice hosts where Dennis definitely wants to make your stay pleasant. Location is great, beautiful view and also nice and quiet. Within walking distance, the coffee and breakfast tray can be found, and it is also very easy that Cittiglio has a train station. I had a great stay here thanks to Dennis and the beautiful location.
