A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

We love your stay! Easy to find, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark room for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drink! Several kiosks on the avenue too! Eduardo also recommended us to very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! They even had two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

The apartment is simply perfect! Complete, very well equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: just cross the street and we are on a beautiful beach, and right behind there is a supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. The host was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Erika's villa, 6 people. The accommodation is spacious, super clean, very well equipped (towels, blankets, etc.), and perfectly in line with the description. It immediately feels like home. The villa is ideally located, in a quiet and secure neighborhood, just 7 minutes from the beach and close to shops. Erika and her husband were lovely, always available, responsive and very welcoming. They responded to all our requests with extreme kindness. It's an incredible villa, which we recommend without hesitation. We loved our stay, and we will most likely be back!

Accommodation 10/10 Starting from the property itself, it is perfect, compact, but enough for two people, full kitchen, air conditioning cooling horrors, in short, everything ok. The building is very good, quiet, entrance and exit happens by facial recognition, which is great, as it speeds up at the entrances and exits of the same, good leisure area, everything ok. The location of the property is excellent, although it is not on the sea front, it is very close, also close to a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery ( there is a bakery underneath the building that serves breakfast and dinner in the kilo). The beach is simply perfect, calm, clean sea and the waterfront is a spectacle apart, great for strolling in admiring the scenery. Many options for food, you think from the simplest to the most sophisticated, muiiiitas options. Anyway, I have only compliments for hosting and its location.

Our stay was excellent, we were well received from the first day, the location is great, in Ponta Verde with everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and it is a few minutes from the waterfront, where you can enjoy the attractions a lot, Márcio was excellent, communicative, welcoming, gave us all the necessary support during the days we stayed, his space is very new, well maintained, exactly as advertised, and the building is new and modern, working 24 hours with reception and concierge, and a very pleasant penthouse, we will definitely come back again, I highly recommend it, we can only thank you!!!

We stayed for a week. The apartment is simple but practical. Very clean apartment, towels and bedding. As our goal was to make the tours to the beaches, we spent little time. The apartment is great for two people, with basic utensils that help in the preparation of simple meals. It has a good shower, with strong and hot water. Very good soaps are available. Great air-conditioning, as it is warm all the time it is essential and freezing well. Great wardrobe, fridge and washing machine. Mr. Xenno since my hosting research has shown readiness and respect. And with some details that are in the photo made the apartment more inviting and cozy. I will definitely indicate and I will return. The town is very good, close to it.

The apartment is great! Very beautiful and well equiped. The location is excellent! The left side street has many restaurants and on the right side street has a great breakfast at a gas station. I highly recommend it! The waterfront is beautiful and widely used. Local super safe. We leave and return at different times, whether to run on the waterfront too early or to go to late-night restaurants. Everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. The building is also great and well-maintained. The only bad thing is the collection of the garbage, because we need to be in the apartment to deliver. In addition, everything is excellent! Communication was also great and super fast.

I spent three days with my wife and children, and everything was very good. The location is very good, the place is very quiet, the doormen are very attentive, the apartment space and furniture met our needs very well. Because there are several good restaurants in the vicinity and because it is a very quiet place at night, I suggest walking rather than using your own vehicle, due to the difficulty of parking. I recommend everyone to stay. Very attentive host.
