The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.
