Beautiful and calm apartment. Very pleasant host, who answered quickly and who was very kind. Everything went very smoothly. Totally recommended.

The stay was great, walking distance to a lot of bars, restauraunts and close enough to the city centre. Quite the nice peaceful area, and with a great terrace to relax on. all in all a great place to stay!

Boravak u ovom smeštaju bio je savršen! Kuća pruža potpunu privatnost, a istovremeno odiše toplinom i udobnošću – zaista sam se osećali kao kod kuće. Domaćini su divni ljudi, gostoljubivi i pažljivi, što je dodatno ulepšalo moje iskustvo. Sve preporuke za svakoga ko traži prijatan i opuštajući smeštaj!

Ich kann viele ältere Bewertungen dieser kleinen Unterkunft bestätigen! Das 1-Zimmer Appartement ist ideal gelegen für Besucher der EXPO (Messe) oder ING Arena quasi am Fuße des Atomiums. Das Zimmer ist nach hinten raus gelegen und war so etwas von ruhig, dass man nicht den Eindruck bekommt mitten in Brüssel zu sein. Das Appartement war super sauber und entspricht den Bildern. Der Aufzug in den 4. Stock hat tadellos funktioniert. Die Metro ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und ebenso findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe viele einfache Restaurants oder Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, darf nicht erwarten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür oder auf der Straße zu bekommen (ein- und ausladen aber möglich). Es ist halt ein Wohngebiet. Parken an der Straße ist zwischen 09:00 und 21:00h kostenpflichtig, jedoch fand ich immer kostenfreie Parkplätze in den Querstraßen. Wer also einen Fußweg von vielleicht 500m nicht scheut ist hier gut untergebracht.

Una anfitriona que brinda un calido recibimiento, habla en español de forma que se hace entender un monton, atenta a todo, siempre contesta los mensajes, el lugar tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía comoda, ubicación excelente, se puede estacionar en la vía publica o bien la anfitriona ayuda a lograrlo. Reiteramos fue una estadía placentera, lo recomiendo el 100%, no duden en alquilar, nos fuimos muy contentos de allí y si Dios quiere volveremos. I highly recommend this super-host Laurent and the apartment. We got to Brussels having booked another apartment through air b & b and that host let us down. I had to book a new apartment last minute and Laurent had responded within ten minutes accommodating 4 stranded women at the airport. The apartment was in a perfect location- it’s a very safe area and transport to the city was less than a minute walk and we were in walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and cafes. There’s a supermarket right across the road. This apartment is perfect if you are travelling for work, a city break or holiday. Lesson learned always book with a super host. Thank you Laurent ☘️

We loved this property. Great location in a quiet street but very near shops and Metro station. The property itself was very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was also delightfully cool in the middle of a heatwave with lovely outdoor space. Adelaide communicated very well, and her instructions and recommendations were very helpful. Thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking a home from home in Brussels

Excelente opción para quedarse en Bruselas! Sarah fue muy amable y dió instrucciones claras y precisas. El lugar es hermoso, estaba todo súper limpio y está cruzando la Basílica de Sacre coeur por lo que tiene tremenda vista. Es de fácil acceso al transporte público, el metro queda a unos 14 mins caminando y el tranvía pasa por el parque frente al piso.

Cecil’s husband was very kind. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It contained everything we needed. It is near to an underground station and to plenty of buses so it is easy to reach the city centre and the atomium. The district is multicultural with an amazing variety of shops and restaurants of different nationalities.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement pendant 4 jours sur Bruxelles. Tout était parfait ! Le logement est conforma aux photos, tout est propre rien à redire ! La terrasse est super pour profiter du soleil ☀️ Nous recommandons vivement et espérons revenir bientôt 🙂

Все было прекрасно! Спасибо за такую возможность, отдохнуть в тихом и красивом месте, вдалеке от города :) очень классно провели время в джакузи под ночным небом. Обязательно еще вернемся! Единственное, очень много мух и непонятно откуда они берутся. Было неприятно просыпаться от того, что они летают вокруг

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

Wat een geweldige studio! Ben je in Antwerpen en wil je heerlijk tot rust komen, maar wil je ook dichtbij het centrum zitten? Dan is dit oprecht de perfecte plek. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien & is enorm luxe. We hebben enorm genoten!

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
