It features two floors joined by an external staircase, with a large porticoed area for windy days. Inside, a large living room, with windows that open onto the garden and the pool, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 places) including 3 master bedrooms with king-size bed and private bathroom, 4 bathrooms, barbecue, parking spaces covered.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Apartment overlooking the beach, just renovated. Ideal for families. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner while watching the lighthouse of Porto Faro and the boats sailing towards La Maddalena. Get out of the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation is required for at least 2 consecutive weeks. Extra sheets and towels provided, only on request (30 euros/person/week). N.B. Extra IS due TO the rental TAX.

Newly renovated penthouse on the sea, free on three sides, with sun terrace, service terrace and dream terrace on the sea for magnificent dinners, and consisting of: entrance, living room, super-equipped kitchen, corridor, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom and garage - all with sea view. The apartment, which enjoys all comforts, is a 10-minute walk from the center and the supermarket. Punta Nera beach is below the house while Punta Tegge is a 15-minute walk away.

The villa surrounded by a huge garden has spacious equipped verandas, and a beautiful private swimming pool completely reserved. It consists of a large living room with dining area, kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool and a third double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In the garden there is also a beautiful BBQ area with pizza oven.
