Beautiful peaceful home with magnificent views of the water, lovely garden & very comfortable living. 5 minute walk to beach (which has a small restaurant) & pool. 30 minute walk to closest restaurants or 5 minute drive. Very relaxing holiday!

Nicolo’s place is a piece of paradise in Porto Cervo. The house is perfectly located with quiet and peaceful surroundings but close to a lot of major attractions and places to visit. Nicolo was very responsive and quickly worked with us to solve any inconveniences we found including going the extra mile when we needed a hair dryer. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay in the amazing Porto Cervo

We had a wonderful stay in Sardinia in an absolutely superb house nestled in a pretty flowery residence. Fully equipped and decorated with originality and taste by the owner's father, who was a famous artist in the region. Quality bedding in the 3 bedrooms Beautiful view of the sea and the pool from the terrace. A huge thank you to the owners, who were remarkably kind and available. Welcoming, attentive and always ready to share their good addresses or to help, they largely contributed to making our stay unforgettable. We'll be happy to go back!

We enjoyed a wonderful time in this beautiful guest cottage. Everything is made with lots of love and special quality details – it already starts at the automatic gate of the huge and delightfully tended property. We loved the stone sinks, the beautiful tiles, the wooden blinds, the cozy beds, the overall feeling that this house and its garden vibrates. The bed linen scented as aromatic as the blossoming flowers all over the garden. The outside area is very spacious, beautifully cultivated and a little piece of heaven on earth. Having a yummy and relaxed BBQ on the terrace was just as much fun as jumping in the sweet, neat and bright pool. A special thank you to Jimena for being so kind and helpful. Allowing us having a late check-out added an extra day to our vacation which still is so much appreciated. Our son loves the presents he received from your family's toy treasure and will keep it as a beautiful Sardinia memory. Thank you very much dear Jimena & Maurizio 💞

Excellent accommodation, quiet, and a very responsive and very kind host! Letizia even showed us their empty space with recommendations for activities and restaurants. The pool is superb, heated, clean, with a paddling pool area for children. Parking space available for the accommodation. On the other hand, you have to take the car to go to the Port because there are no sidewalks. We'd love to go back!

This is really a cozy summer house overlooking Porto Rafael and its beautiful beach. The view -especially- from the top terrace is spectacular. The house was very well equipped with everything we need. We had a very attentive and helpful host. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality of the beds and sheets/towels.

We would highly recommend staying with Tiziana! She is such a friendly and proactive host. The apartment has everything you need, we were there with our baby and felt very comfortable. Also the location is great and you can move around easily - beaches, la Maddalena, small villages. There is a very nice beach at waking distance. We were guests for three days and can recommend the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, Eulalia was always available for us. Fresh fruit, Water and yogurt were available for us. The accommodation is clean, cozy and tastefully furnished. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the area.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It blew our minds when we opened the front door - it far exceeded our expectations and was better in real life vs the photos. We could have stayed here for weeks, we loved it so much. We had a car but it is walking distance to the local supermarket and the restaurant strip down by the beach and water. Gorgeous sunsets, too. We would definitely love to return to Baja and stay longer. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning villa. The scenery is breathtaking and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There are multiple balconies equipped with tables, chairs and chaise lounges to enjoy the incredible views. There’s a nice beach within walking distance and markets and restaurants close by. Property manager was so sweet and responsive to all of our needs. We can’t recommend this place enough.

Morgan was a great host, always responded quickly and was very accommodating and made everything flexible - thank you very much! The house is small but absolutely sufficient for two people and one child. It stands on a site with other buildings surrounded by a wall. Morgan's horticultural company's service vehicles are also on the premises, so you are not completely alone there, but a separate garden area is visually well separated and you have your privacy. Chickens run free on the grounds and in the garden, and we had also discovered a turtle - which we as animal lovers thought was great. You just have to be careful not to step in chicken droppings barefoot in the garden meadow. It was really great that you could use the small gym in an outbuilding. Everything was clean in the house, the amenities absolutely sufficient for a vacation home. A great vacation and a great location!

We felt at home in Angelo's accommodation! It is beautiful and very quiet, perfect if you want to have your peace. Everything is easy to reach from there by car. Upon arrival, there were even recommendations on which beaches in the area are worth a visit. The amenities of the small cottage were also great - from the cooler bag and cooling batteries to small deck chairs and a parasol for the beach, everything was there. We would always come back to the small, charming accommodation.

The place was nice and peaceful perfect for a family vacation. rather well equipped, the pool and the petanque court allow you to have fun

The house is in a very quiet environment. We enjoyed having breakfast on the great terrace and we also liked being in the accommodation. Ahmed is also a very reliable and friendly landlord. He always responded very quickly and gave us good tips.

The host is warm and hospitable, the location of the B&B is close to the beach, and there are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby, which is very cost-effective!
