Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Maddalena Island

Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, zwei sehr schöne sanierte Badezimmer, zwei sehr große Terrassen mit jeweils sehr gepflegtem Garten und eine dritte Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick. Die Küche besaß alles was wir brauchten inklusive einem modernen 4-Felder-Induktionsherd. Das Warmwasser funktionierte überall einwandfrei und es gab bequeme Gartenmöbel in ausreichender Anzahl. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls bequem. Im Nachbarort Santa Teresa, der in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar ist, gibt es gute und leckere Gastronomie, die wir auch mehrfach genossen haben. Die ganze Gegend hat uns toll gefallen und unser Vermieter Matteo und sein Team sind jederzeit leicht erreichbar, sollte man sie brauchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke, Matteo!

Das Haus war ein Paradies für uns! Nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zum perfekten Sandstrand, ein toller Garten mit Meerblick (eingezäunt, super mit kleinen Kindern), volle Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Alessio war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ci sarà un motivo perché viene chiamata Costa Paradiso... La location è un vero paradiso con un panorama mozzafiato immersa completamente nella natura . E' un paradiso per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in completa tranquillità senza rinunciare a tutti i confort. Veramente consigliato.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la maison de Gian Petro et Valeria. C’était vraiment top. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour les vacances. Le jardin est agréable. Les animaux à proximité un vrai plus pour les enfants. Une voiture est indispensable pour se rendre à la maison, et voyager à travers la Sardaigne. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et très réactifs. La maison est beaucoup plus jolie que sur les photos, la décoration a été modifiée et c’est très agréable. Nous vous la conseillons fortement. Merci de votre accueil. À bientôt 👋🏻

Wir haben mit unserem Hund etwas ruhiges gesucht und waren sehr happy mit der Lage, dem Garten und der ruhigen Umgebung. Vor allem ist es eine schöne und moderne Unterkunft, wo wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Moderne Küche, tolle Ausstattung sogar mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Raffaela ist ein wirklich sehr netter Kontakt und immer erreichbar. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank! Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter und kommen auch selbst gerne wieder!

We had such a wonderful stay at the house, Tonino and Maddalena made us feel so welcome and gave us great tips for the area! We loved sitting under the olive trees and enjoyed the cosy house. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and we slept very good. Thanks again for having us and being so nice and helpful ☺️

We had a very nice time. Our children loved all the kind and sweet animals and the pool. The pool area was a beautiful place, it was just a little walk from our house. Monia and Luca are very kind and they taking care about their garden and animals. Everything was clean and looked nice.

Panorama incroyable sur la baie d’Olbia, Maison très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Grand jardin ombragé, bien entretenu, nous avons apprécié le BBQ. Accès difficile à moto par chemins de terre.

Apartment is very nice! Big plus, that it is located very close to the wonderful beach with 2 restaurants and is close to Olbia . Area is quite and calm. We were staying there in the beginning of April, it felt a quite humid in the apartment. Probably because it is on the ground floor and its not hot yet. But the heating was working well and I imagine that in hot weather its a perfect place to hide from the heat:) Bed and pillows was very comfortable !! Kids were happy to sleep in a bunk bed and adores to play in the garden. Massimiliano is a very friendly and responsive host always helped with everything we asked him.

Wir hatten hier einen tollen, leider kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sauber. Der Aussenbereich mit der Aussicht ist wunderschön, sehr privat und ruhig. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und diskret, wir können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt bei bei Frau Lucia war einfach fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Frau Lucia hat um uns als Gäste toll gekümmert. Die Umgebung und die Unterkunft waren einfach bezaubernd, sogar magisch. Wir haben dort die erforderliche Ruhe und Relax genossen. Danke vom ganzen Herzen

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Perfect stay in Baja Sardinia - we loved this clean, comfortable and spacious home. The location was great, with a number of beautiful beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Ruth was incredibly helpful, friendly and communicative from start to finish, going above and beyond to help us. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back soon. The only thing to be wary of is it’s quite hot at night in summer without air conditioning, but there’s a fan in each bedroom which was enough for us. If you struggle to sleep in the heat it could be problematic though.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions hors saison (avril) et donc c'était paisible et calme. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et conforme aux photos. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture. On est proche d'Olbia et de beaucoup de très belles plages (en voiture) A cette époque de l'année, la circulation est ultra fluide. Fabio est un super hôte, très réactif et plein de bons conseils ! Il a su parfaitement gérer et solutionner notre petit souci de gaz le 1er jour ;-) Le check-in (merci Erika) et le check-out se sont tres bien faits.

We loved this apartment over looking the Porto Rotondo harbor. Also location was good to get around the island. Porto Rotondo is very cute. We had a great vacation.
