Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Madeira Island

Schöne saubere Unterkunft mit Blick auf Funchal. Die Innenstadt sowie der Hafen sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr positiv anzumerken ist auch die gute Ausstattung der Küche. Der Reinigungsdienst war ebenfalls äußerst zuverlässig, wodurch man immer frische Handtücher usw. erhalten hat. Generell ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier sehr gut gewesen.

Es war alles super! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang durch Davis Mutter war herzlich und die bereitgestellten Früchte aus dem eigenen Garten haben vor allem unserem Sohn gefallen, der direkt eine Banane haben wollte. Die Terasse war perfekt, das Kind konnte dort gut spielen. Die Lage war für uns super. Supermärkte in der Nähe, der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, wenn auch sehr steile Wege. Mit dem Auto ist man aber superschnell überall. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen, auch für Familien mit Kindern. Es ist an alles gedacht. Vielen Dank!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Good Memories Lodge. The place was amazingly comfortable, the parking was closeby in Parque St. Lucia, and the location was very central to be able to easily explore Funchal without a car. Cesar and Erica were both very helpful and responsive both on checking in and checking out. They gave us a list of amenities that we can easily use in the city and closeby. I made a mistake whilst booking as I forgot to book the first night as it was a travel day - Cesar helped us as much as he could for checking in the next day and allowed us to change the check in time. The accomodation is very modern and one of the best we've been in during our stay.

Right in the centre of Funchal, the perfect place to start exploring Madeira. Close to shops, supermarkets, sightseeing and public transport.

O apartamento de Caniço estava em excelentes condições e com as comodidades necessárias. A localização também era ótima, porque as redondezas eram calmas e fica a 15 minutos de carro do Funchal e outras atrações. Aconselho vivamente!

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Es war sehr sauber, gutes WLAN und gut ausgestattet mit alles was man braucht um dort drei Wochen zu leben. Die Lage ist etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß bergab zur Promenade - sie liegt in einer ruhigeren Wohngegend und hat einen kostenloser Parkplatz. Der Blick auf Ozean war fantastisch. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Supermarkt ( 3 Min. zu Fuß) und Einkaufszentrum ( 10 Min. zu Fuß). Es gibt einige lokale Restaurants in der Nähe und Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Man konnte mit dem Bus fahren oder zu Fuß (4-5 km) in die touristische Innenstadt von Funchal. Maria antwortete schnell auf englischsprachige Nachrichten. Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. We had an amazing stay at Andres flat. It was just like the pictures very clean and cozy. The only problem was the noise at night from the street the appartement was located on. Other wise it was a perfect place to stay. located really central. I would recommend to stay here.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was ideally situated for shopping some traffic noise but less than expected- the bedroom at back so very quiet- and we found 4 excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Good and inexpensive bus service just across the road. Oh and good walk in shower and comfortable bed . Finally Martim was a top class host- there when we wanted him and quick to respond. We would happily use this apartment again

Big and modern house and plenty of room. Good location for all the activitys around Porto Moniz. Silvia replied fast to all of my messages and was very kind.

Lovely place, but it's a bit of a walk to town, especially coming back uphills, so build in taxi fares. Cost us 10 euros for a 6 seater. Prices there are incredibly cheap. My only complaint with the area, not the property itself, is barking dogs at night. It's relentless. I had to wear my earpods to drown them out or drink lots of Poncha. Light sleepers may get frustrated. I would stay again.

Bei Ana und ihrer Familie bist du ein Teil der Familie. Sie nehmen dich freundlich auf. Sobald du abends heim kommst, wirst du gefragt wie dein Tag war. Ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen. Zudem geben sie dir hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen. Den Mietwagen habe ich ebenfalls bei Ana gebucht- alles aus einer Hand, und es war goldrichtig und absolut unkompliziert. Ich war 10 Tage hier und werde wiederkommen. Dann bringe ich Euch ein Puzzle mit ;) Danke für die schöne Zeit, in der ich mich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt habe.

It was a very nice and calm check in, he showed us everthing including flyers and information about the region and even tho he lived in the same house we barely noticed it, so 5 stars in every way and Recommendation to stay at this place while exploring madeira !!!!
