I loved this cabin and had a great relaxing birthday retreat weekend with my friends.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group! It had plenty of space for everyone. It was the perfect place to get away and relax for the weekend.

Beth was very communicative before and during our stay. The house was nicely decorated, and furnished clean and exactly as we expected. I appreciated that we were able to leave without starting laundry, dishwashers, etc. The kitchen had a lot of useful utensils and supplies. We didn't do much cooking, but we could have easily prepared most anything we wanted. The beds and furniture was very comfortable. There were plenty of games and activities to do at the house; we did not utilize the community rec areas, but that was only due to our own agenda and time limitations. My only recommendation would be that blackout curtains in the bedrooms would have been greatly appreciated. I was up at 5:30am some mornings because of light pouring into the bedroom on the main floor.

My two best friends and I stayed at the fabulous Refugio Graziella for a relaxing girls’ weekend and it. was. perfect. Most of the weekend was spent lounging and chatting in all the many wonderful spaces the home offers: sipping coffee on the peaceful screened-in porch, relaxing in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows at the serene fire pit under the string lights with ample firewood and supplies, doing crafts and playing games at the inviting dining room table, cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and listening to music in the cozy living room. We did not end up using the sauna (just didn’t have time), but are already planning a winter getaway to RG. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet getaway, surrounded by nature but still a short drive away from anything you need or want. Clearly, so much thought was put into anticipating the needs of their guests, and that makes Refugio Graziella a place you immediately feel comfortable. 🥰

We had a wonderful weekend stay here. Plenty of room for everyone! Beautiful spot on the lake! Love the updates to the lower level. Hot tub was amazing! Can’t wait until next year.

I enjoyed this place we stayed. It was close to Galena just like we thought. It was comfortable. The place was very clean. The hot tub was relaxing. The only thing I missed was a coffee pot. However, there were coffee pods for our use. As well as s’mores and hot coco for the kids. That was a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again!

We had three families stay with young children. Loved the club house & hot tub on site. Dan was very responsive. Place is cozy.

I had a great stay at this cozy cabin! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was very kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and happy to help with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin! It’s rustic in all the right ways—full of charm and character—but also very clean and well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The property is a real gem. One of our favorite parts was fishing off the pier—we caught lots of small bass and even landed a 4–5 pounder! The pool and gazebo were also wonderful spots to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Noam was welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. We recommend checking out this spot if you’re looking to unplug, enjoy the outdoors, and stay somewhere that’s both comfortable and unique!

We felt right at home! Everything was clean and so cute and the lake was gorgeous! Jenna thought of everything and the house was so well stocked! We really enjoyed our stay!

Had an amazing stay in this very cozy Cabin. The hosts really take care of this cabin so it’s only right we do as well, even with frigid temperatures it still felt very warm inside. The hosts also work very diligent to keep everything running smooth. They were very responsive and flexible to help accommodate you. Thank you would visit again!

Clean and very comfortable. I loved the large smart TV for watching sports. Beds are comfortable. Outdoor deck and fire pit are awesome. I like to cook-bring your favorite pot/pans/knifes/cutting board. The house is equipped with the basic cooking gear, I got by, but wished I had better cooking equipment. No spices or condiments-bring your own!

Super cute place, we loved it was away from the hustle of the tourist area , We felt like as guests we were treated as wanted and welcomed guests, fire pit ready and available and super cute game room , you do share the game room with guests from the other cabin, it just depends your openness to share your space with strangers , we bought pizza to come back in the game room but saw the other cabin guests and their kids were in there so we ate our pizza in our cabin, usually we are pretty social but just wanted adult time with wine and food. Our cabin was perfect for 3 people could’ve used one more chair in the kitchen maybe? We loved the woodsy vibe and decor. The towels were awesome, and futon so comfortable with a nice tv. My MIL came with and she is in her 90s the cabin was very assessable for her, may want to bring your own drinking water . Briggsville is super cute tiny town and the local coffee shop is beautiful and the coffee so good. Locals were friendly and helpful.

This place was absolutely stunning. The decorations, the property, everything about it was amazing. There was a trail where we could walk our pups and everyone there was so friendly! It was such a peaceful step away from our normal lives and it allowed us to be able to recharge and relax.

Highly recommend this bnb! Everything is as is listed in the description, and the value was 100% worth the price. This place is absolutely gorgeous, private, and on an amazing property. Beata is a 5 star host! She was extremely responsive, and answered all the questions my group and I had in an extremely timely matter. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great spacious cabin. Felt like we were in the middle of the woods and loved the sauna. Only downside was that the water heater wasn’t working and had to take cold showers. Otherwise perfect cabin!

Jeanne’s place was in a nice location about a 10 minute drive to everything in Lake Geneva. Very spacious. The house does sleep 12 but if your party isn’t comfortable sleeping in bunk beds, it might not be for you! it worked great for our group and Jeanne was very responsive when we had questions about the air conditioning! Overall, i would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a family ski trip at Cascade Mountain. There was a total of 9 adults and this home fit us all comfortably. It was a great location - only 20 minutes from the Mountain. We had enough space to hang out together at night after skiing. The home was clean. Would recommend and stay here again.

The cabin is tucked away and in beautiful surroundings. It was just ten minutes from downtown Galena and only 30 minutes from Dubuque. We truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the cabin and the many things to do nearby.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place we could stay where we could leave our dog crates during the day. We got upgraded to a bigger cabin since they had space. It was perfect! Thank you for the stay!

The absolutely perfect weekend getaway! Super responsive host, bonus amenities available, excellent property with a spectacular view that is like an instant stress reliever. The most relaxing weekend away I’ve had in years!

Nicole’s cabin was beautiful! It was perfect for our group. It was very clean, neat and tidy. She was very quick and prompt to hear back from if I had a question about the stay and made the check out instructions very clear and reasonable. I will definitely be coming back the next time I am in the dells!
