Siamo stati questo weekend e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Si parcheggia gratuitamente lungo la strada principale, vicina all'area ove è ubicato l'appartamento, in centro. Molto luminosa, posizionata su due piani congiunti da una scala larga e con gradini agevoli, la casa è suddivisa in area giorno con ingresso, piccola cucina, ricavata dal sottoscala, soggiorno ampio con camino e tavolo da pranzo, un prima stanza da letto con ripostiglio annesso e bagnetto di servizio. Nel piano superiore vi sono la camera padronale e camera da bagno grande, attigua, dotata sia di doccia che di vasca da bagno, oltre che di lavatrice e di asciugatrice. Nella cucina, seppur piccola ci sono lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè e microonde, oltre che tutte le stoviglie ed il necessario per preparare un piatto di pasta al sugo! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo in questa casa nel cuore di Monte Livata, circondata dal bosco e dal silenzio rigenerante della montagna. La casa è un perfetto rifugio per chi cerca pace, relax e contatto con la natura. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort: riscaldamento efficiente, cucina attrezzata, Wi-Fi, camino accogliente e spazi interni ampi e luminosi. Perfetta sia d’estate che d’inverno, questa casa è ideale per escursioni, passeggiate nel bosco, giornate sulla neve o semplicemente per rilassarsi davanti al camino con un buon libro. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

What a pleasant surprise. The apartment is located near the end of a little street with almost no traffic. The river flowing outside makes for a peaceful background noise 24 hours a day. The San Francesco bridge is right outside the front door. Benedetto gave us a great restaurant recommendation in town. It’s about an 800 m walk to the town center, but a grocery store is very close by. We enjoyed our stay in Subiaco!

Authentique et chaleureux L'accueil a été exceptionnel, toujours disponibles, serviables et remplis de bienveillance. Ce lieu est un véritable paradis niché en pleine nature, loin du bruit et de la pollution. Un cadre paisible et superbe où l'on se sent immédiatement bien. Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. Mettez vos smartphones de côté, profitez du temps et du moment présent, qui rappellent une époque magnifique et précieuse, une époque qui n’existe plus aujourd’hui. Firstly, the host was super accommodating and I really appreciated that. The property is in a quiet location, and was ideal to explore less touristic (but more authentic) surroundings with a car or explore beautiful Gerano on foot. Worked there for 1 week - internet was good and stable. Property was clean, bed was comfy, we didnt miss anything, there was nothing we didnt like. All was great!

A fabulous place to stay in Tivoli. The train was about a 10 minute walk and could take you to Rome quickly but being able to return to the place in Tivoli was the best. Lots of shopping and sights to see in Tivoli!
