We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Noto. It was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, truly felt like the kind of place we would have created ourselves. The location was perfect: just a short walk to everything downtown, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The views from the back were stunning, and we loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

The apartment is new, very quiet and offers a high degree of privacy. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, stylishly furnished and well equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, large refrigerator with freezer, quiet and powerful air conditioning, strong water pressure in the shower and plenty of storage space thanks to large cabinets. The car can be parked comfortably and safely on the private property - very pleasant! The terrace invites you to linger, even if the lighting is not dimmable. Emanuele is a great host: warm, helpful and committed – always respectful and discreet. We were very pleased with his personal greeting. If you are looking for a high-quality, quiet accommodation in Noto, you have come to the right place. We can fully recommend the apartment and would come back anytime. Grazie mille, Emanuele!

Nice house with terrace in historic center city

Corrado was on time at the house, very friendly, explained everything, was always available even in case of problems. Excellent. The small house where his grandparents lived is newly renovated, impeccably clean, even has a washing machine and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. Towels and bed linen smell good, in the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking plus plenty of coffee capsules and there is a terrace on which I could sunbathe even in December. Thank you Corado 🙏🏼 Even if the small alley to the house does not look inviting, as soon as you enter the courtyard in the house, you feel like you are in paradise.

Wonderful Italy | Charming Nest with Terrace

This property is really beautiful and unique with gorgeous finishes and stonework and comfortable beds. It is in a great location for walking around Noto. I do not recommend attempting to drive to the apartment. Park at a lot upon entering town and walk 10 minutes to the apartment. Also worth noting, this property is not suited for families with young children. The ground floor cave bedroom has no mobile or WiFi signal and the other bedroom is accessed via an outside staircase with a modern, open style (i.e. easy to fall through) railing. It would be a great place for a couple to enjoy.

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful home. Nothing is missing! I can imagine living there. It is easy to park for free in the street and the accommodation is very quiet and yet a few minutes from the center on foot. Ideal for shining in Baroque Sicily! Silvia waited for us despite our announced delay. Thanks again!

We loved our stay here! The apartment is located super centrally, just a few steps away from the main street of Noto. Still it was easily accessible by car. You can park for free in the street, but just keep in mind it is a bit of a steep hill. The place was very clean, well equipped and very nicely decorated. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!
