Holiday rentals with breakfast in Madrid

Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

Excelente sitio. Un lugar muy lindo, limpio y cómodo. Los anfitriones 10 puntos. Marisol es una persona excepcional muy preocupada por qué te sientas cómodo, darte el desayuno y de probar sus platos y ofrecerte ayuda en todo. Además de que la casa esté siempre limpia y reluciendo. Gran casa española!

Nos alojamos 4 noches. Carlos estuvo comunicado desde antes de nuestra partida. El vuelo tuvo una demora de 5 horas, Carlos tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos comida y bebida en la nevera ya que llegamos muy tarde. En todo momento se comunico con nosotros dandonos consejos para movernos por Madrid y lugares para comer. El barrio es muy tranquilo, a 15 minutos en metro de Sol. El apartamento es tal cual lo publicado Nos sentimos muy comodos en todo momento.

This was a great cozy and budget friendly place to stay. If you are comfortable with stairs, the 7 flights up is not too bad (bringing the suitcases up may take a while however). The space is small. We were two of us, and we would’ve felt crowded with 3 or 4. I am 5’8 or 172cm. I had my head knelt almost always. I would say those taller than 5’10 should not stay here. Alvaro was a great and friendly host, and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Daniele’s place. The location is great and close to all transport links and places of interest. The apartment offers plenty of space and is relaxing and quiet in the heart of the city. Daniele’s communication and instructions were excellent.

El apartamento estaba muy bien relación calidad precio, los propietarios muy solícitos y muy amables. Aunque la zona estaba lejos de lo que queríamos hacer, era una ubicación tranquila, lejos del bullicio para descansar. Muy, muy recomendable!

Beautiful apartment just like the photos, and exactly as hosts described. Fantastic location very central could walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again!

Tambos place was the perfect Madrid stay. Close to everything, really unique and tasteful design, and a very welcoming host with great recommendations.

Efectivamente el alojamiento cumplió con mis expectativas, la zona es perfecta para moverse en Madrid, las paradas y estaciones de bus, metro y Renfe son muy cercanas. La zona bastante tranquila y Pablo es un excelente anfitrión de categoría 5 estrellas. Sus respuestas bastante rápidas y sin rodeos. Aún cuando el sistema de climatización del alojamiento no fue del todo confortable, lo recomendaría ampliamente!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Madrid! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect – the location couldn’t be better! It’s right in the center of Madrid, walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops, attractions, and public transport. You truly feel like you’re in the middle of it all. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Communication was smooth and fast, which made the whole stay stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid. Great experience all around!

The place was nice, tidy and smells good! Home was very cozy. 🩷 If you are looking for a place to stay, Juliana’s place would be your best bet! Very close to the train station, convenience stores and pharmacy just a few steps away.. And community is very quiet! Thank you Juliana and Duchi for the amazing stay. 🩷

Celia una anfitriona siempre pendiente a tus necesidades. Llegada flexible y fácil. Alojamiento en el centro de manzanares, lo que te permite disfrutar del ambiente de Manzanares. Alojamiento limpio y ordenado Una opción excelente.

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

Manu was very supportive of my wife's stay...very friendly and accomodating...the other tenants were also very friendly. Would highly recommend it1.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.
