En la casa hay menores de edad. En el jardín no se admite desnudez ni tangas. Bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. Autobús a 6 minutos y tren a 9 minutos andando. Cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, etc

Fanny was very attentive to us, we booked her the same day as it was something improvised to stay 2 nights in Madrid and there was no problem. The house is very nice, it has it very clean and tidy, it has everything in a small space, it is very well used. We had problems with the light when having 2 appliances plugged in, but we know that it is something that they already have to fix it, because of this they provided us with a gas stove to plug in less appliances. I 100% recommend Fanny's casita. We will definitely be back!!

This was the perfect place for us during our stay in Madrid! Lots of parking and close to really nice restaurants. It was a lovely location with lots of bird sounds and quiet atmosphere. Luca was very nice and helpful. The place was very cutely decorated with lots of space. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect place to stay outside the city center. Ideal if you have a car but if you enjoy walking in a quiet tree-lined area with fresh air and the sound of birds then you will have a nice walk to the bus and the supermarket.

Great hosts, very friendly and responsive. The place was bigger than expected and the AC was a blessing in the afternoons. A non-accommodation related comment: Madrid is implementing low emission zones (ZBE) in multiple parts of the city. The accommodations is close to one, so keep that in mind in case you are driving a foreign car.
