The host is extremely cordial and very helpful. He ensures the guest is taken care off well and provides all amenities. Guides for all local needs and even recommends for all near by wonderful places to visit. I am happy to be at his property.

Our best stay in Thailand! The villa is perfect, very clean, very cozy and stylish. We slept well and enjoyed the sunrise in the morning. Special thanks go to hot shower, comfortable bed and delicious food! Also, Busara's family is very pleasant and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Unreal views. Was quite the experience overall. Recommend knowing more about Thailand nature before visiting.

Buathip's place is that rarest of gems. It feels rural and peaceful at the same time as it is comfortable, updated, and surrounded by nature. The overall 'vibe' in both homes on the property is welcoming and yet not intrusive, surrounded by more greenery and vegetation than anywhere else I have ever stayed in Thailand. One can practice yoga in the morning while looking out over the large pond and up into the durian trees, or hike up the surrounding hills. past an array of vegetation, including of course banana trees, and all manner of flora and even fauna There is even a lovely temple within a few meters of Ban San Homestay. If you want to venture slightly further afield, the town of Maechan is a relatively short (2 kilometre) walk or motorbike ride, with a range of outdoor markets. Maechan even has a once-weekly Friday afternoon and evening farmer's market. If you are thinking of a bucolic, pastoral setting to experience northern Thailand, then you have already found it right here.

Good place. Nice house. Don’t expect much for breakfast but if you speak earlier with them they provide everything. Good service, but no follow up cleaning or towels were provided. Overall good place. The best part of cafe at home ambience. Amazing rooftop!!

Nous avons dû écourter notre séjour suite à un vol trop tôt, nous avons préférer nous rapprocher de l’aéroport la veille. Mais l’emplacement est idéal pour du repos, vous êtes à 30min du Triangle d’or, 40min du centre de ChiangRai. En therme de confort, tout y est. Je recommande vivement d’aller passer quelque jour à la campagne, l’air frais de la montagne et le savoir vivre des locaux, toujours très accueillant.
