Nice little condo for short-term stay! The pool was really nice.

Wan's place was absolutely perfect for our vacation trip to Chiang Mai. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The beds were comfortable and it was a huge plus to have multiple bathrooms and getting ready spaces. The living room was cozy and we loved hanging out there and relaxing in between our day trips! Communication with Wan was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to everything (walking distance to most temples, restaurants, markets, day tours, etc.), and yet it was still private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Chiang Mai, and we would most definitely stay here again. As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! Thank you Wan!

Right next to Maya Mall, the location is very good, it only takes 2 minutes to walk to Maya, and about 5 minutes to Ningman 1.The room is fully equipped, there is a paid washing machine on the first floor of the apartment, and the balcony is very convenient for drying clothes directly.The apartment building is a bit old, but the room is clean and tidy.Great value for money.

Great Hosts. Accommodating to our needs and very attentive. The place is located above a 7-11 which is very practical. The rooms and beds are so comfortable.

Beautiful and modern place, not too far from city center

A fantastic place to stay! We spent a month here and felt like at home. The interior is quite modern, thoughtful, convenient and aesthetically pleasing. The host is extremely responsive and provides very good services. They even offer weekly cleaning of the apartment at not cost which we have not experienced before at Airbnb bookings. Wifi is fast for remote working purpose. Kitchen and bathroom are functional and clean. Location is superb — walking distance to maya, one Nimman etc and there are plenty of massage places, restaurants and bars for you to enjoy the Chiang Mai night life. We even got a walk-in massage at 11pm one day. They also provide two free bicycles to use which really saved a lot of time for us. There is also a motorcycle rental place downstairs that provides very good service if you want to go somewhere far away. Hope next time we come back to Chiang Mai we can stay here again!

Very nice house, convenient to go anywhere.There are many spa shops nearby.The housekeeper responded promptly and was enthusiastic and proactive.Everything you need for daily life is available, and the cleaning lady is very timely.

Loved everything about this stay. It was cozy, inviting, and incredibly clean. I’m happy to have paid a little more for this quality of an accommodation. 10/10 would recommend.

The host is a host in the truest sense of the word and strives to meet any requests. Even if small problems arise, he always has a solution ready. Even when I forgot my stuff. Tik was a great host. Although I didn't meet her in person; her communications were always thoughtful, clear, concise & prompt. The condo was great! Just as pictured. It had everything I needed. Clean & well appointed. The washing machine & detergent was especially nice. The pool was perfect to cool off in at the end a day of exploration. Very conveniently located in the heart of Nimman. Nice restaurants & shops away from Nimman Rd on Nammana Haeminda Rd, at the end of the st. I highly recommend staying here.

The B&B owner speaks Chinese, is very communicative, is careful, and can help with luggage storage for free. The B&B is hygienic and the bathroom is clean There is a 7-11 nearby, a restaurant, and some small shops on the street (which locals also visit) The location is close to Nimman Road, not remote, and you can walk to Maya Mall in 15 minutes

We had such a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Maggie and Jia were super helpful—responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved our time there. Highly recommend!

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

I really enjoyed this place. The window overlooking the street is perfectly placed. The bathtub was very large, the bathroom itself was pretty cool. Overall, I will definitely book again when I am having another event in the area

Located next door to the Shangri-La Hotel, you can walk to 7-Eleven in a minute or ten minutes to BigC.If you like the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar Generation, it is basically all within 20 minutes walking distance.And the walking street of the ancient city is half an hour away, but it is very convenient to request a ride. The inside of the apartment is fully equipped, there is also a gym and a small swimming pool on the roof of the building.The interior is not new, but generally acceptable, and the hygiene situation is good. The small drawback is that the soundproofing of the walkway at the entrance door is normal, but the two-bedroom layout of the room has no effect on the bedroom.As well as the windows of the hotel across the road, the curtain needs to be closed all the time if you mind the privacy issue. All in all, it's a very good value for money.

It was a great stay and I’d highly recommend it if you are looking to be closer to the airport and within a quick tuk tuk ride to the old city.
