Apartment holiday rentals in Mae Hia

I really enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment in central Chiang Mai. It was exactly as described, clean, modern and comfortable, and in an excellent central location. Nubkhun is an excellent host and was extremely helpful with very detailed instructions on the check in procedures, the apartment facilities and lots of useful local knowledge and great advice on where to go and what to see. Highlight of the trip for me was the amazing night bazar/market (Anusarn Market) on Changklan Road just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Chiang Mai and I would not hesitate to book it again on my next trip to CM.

매우 아름다운 3층 건물로 이루워졌으며, 1층에 카페와 레스토랑이 위치해 있습니다. 매우 맛있는 커피에 감명 받아서 매일 아침 커피를 마셨으며, 유명한 프렌치 레스토랑 인지 외국인들이 차를 타고 방문하는것 같았습니다. 숙소는 아파트 형식으로 3층에 테라스와 큰 창이 우리를 맞이해 주었으며, 매우큰 나무가 창가에 자리하여 우리를 보호해주고 분위기가 좋았습니다. 침실과 거실 화장실 모두 매우 깨끗하였으며, 올드타운 타페게이트 건너편 골목 안쪽에 위치하여 매우 편리하지만 조용한 골목에 좋은 위치라고 생각하였습니다.

I stayed for two nights and couldn’t have been happier. The location is ideal – peacefully quiet, yet just a short distance from Chiang Mai’s city center. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the great laundry right next door and the easy walking access to nearby restaurants and shops. A perfect base for exploring the area while enjoying some calm and convenience. Highly recommended!

This was a last minute stay for me, and I have absolutely no regrets. Not only was the location perfect, and beautiful on the inside but the hot was extremely communicative and helpful.

This is the most ideal location to walk to all the best restaurants, cafes and shops in Nimman. The building also has a coffee shop and cocktail bar I spent time at without even leaving building. I was also pleased with how quiet the airbnb was.

I’ve been to Chiang Mai many times and this place was definitely my fave! The location is incredibly convenient as it’s right in the middle of Nimman, so you can walk everywhere (or easily call a Grab). The space itself was nice, stylish, and spacious. The building has a small gym and an outdoor pool, which was nice too. The only thing I wish was improved was the smell of sewage in the master bathroom. It gets pretty intense, but they did offer cleanings and someone came by to pour a solution down the drain that temporarily helped with the scent. Beer’s communication overall was great and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Thanks for a great stay!

Best in town

Apartments with a pleasant view of greenery and the river. All necessities for cooking and laundry are available. Clean bed linens and towels of good quality. There's a large clean swimming pool on the property. The construction nearby is barely audible, cicadas are much louder. Only annoying thing is the noise from the refrigerator. Overall, I enjoyed everything and recommend it.

Great place good for remote work and visiting Chiangmai. Clean.

The apartment was lovely it had everything we needed, check in was very simple and it was a great location in chiang mai. The rooftop pool was beautiful, it’s a shame it wasn’t open 24 hours a day

Der Gastgeber ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ein Gastgeber und bemüht, sich, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Auch wenn kleine Problemchen entstehen, hat er immer eine Lösung bereit. Auch als ich meine Sachen vergessen hab. Beim Checkout konnte ich später noch im Nachhinein alles bekommen. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt wie beschrieben bessere Gastgeber kann man sich nicht wünschen vielen Dank noch mal für alles. Liebe Grüße

We had such a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Maggie and Jia were super helpful—responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved our time there. Highly recommend!

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Great place to stay in Nimman district. Very convenient for shops, bars, restaurants, Maya Centre, massage etc. Condo itself is very clean and easy to access. Pool is great with direct sun 10:30-13:00 in January. Gym has enough equipment to keep you going and maintaining fitness. Great communication from Por

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

Lovely studio. The space is large in design compared to most of Astra. Really nice huge balcony overlooking the greenery and pool of shangri-la A nice amount of cooking tools compared to most of Astra Cai is nice, helpful, and communicative

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

位于香格里拉酒店隔壁，周围一分钟即可步行抵达7-11，十分钟可以到BigC。如果喜欢清迈夜市一代，基本二十分钟内均可以步行抵达。和古城的步行街距离在半小时，但叫车非常方便。 公寓里面设施齐全，楼顶还有健身房和小泳池可以使用。室内虽然不是崭新状态但总体来说可以接受，并且卫生情况也不错。 小缺点是：入户门的楼道隔音效果一般，但好在房间两居室格局对卧室没有影响。以及对面酒店的窗户距离很近，介意隐私问题的话需要一直关闭窗帘。 总之，是性价比很高的房源。

It was a great stay and I’d highly recommend it if you are looking to be closer to the airport and within a quick tuk tuk ride to the old city.
