The best value for money in a Chiang Mai pool villa. The location is superb. Unlike other villa areas, it's not far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets are just outside. The people in the villa area are very quiet and won't be noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. Friends who want to come on vacation can come. About 15 minutes to Nimman Road. 10 minutes to Tha Phae Gate.Ten minutes to Central Festival.The biggest mall. In a very central area.

Fantastic place to stay in Pai. Just outside the town, walkable and great access if you have scooters. The outdoor living area is loads of fun

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute drive from town, yet nestled in a peaceful and scenic area away from the crowds. The surroundings are serene, making it a great place to relax and unwind. Meta, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. A huge bonus was the fast and reliable WiFi, consistently over 50Mbps, which easily supported two remote workers without any issues. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with excellent connectivity while still being close to Pai’s main attractions, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

As described, very spacious home just outside of Pai in a tranquil area near the river. Getting up every morning to a gorgeous view, lots of windows. Host is very responsive and helpful and I also met the housekeeping lady Sai, all very nice and welcoming people. I stayed here by myself for a week to unwind. Would definitely recommend :)

Utopai is not just a comfy place to lay your head, it truly is a life changing experience. The grounds are an absolute dream. We spent our mornings sunning by the pool, our afternoons relaxing by the creek and our evenings taking in the magical energy of the pool house. We stayed at the Stone Garden House which was a perfect set up for two couples. The home is located close to the pool but facing away, allowing you to feel truly secluded in the jungle. Mon and Cliff were wonderful hosts. Both seasoned travelers, they naturally knew when and how to give us space, while still always available, making us feel comfortable and like we were leaving behind a home and new friends in Pai. They accommodated all of our requests - food delivery, scheduled massages and acupuncture on sight, and even set up a birthday gathering! Thank you for sharing your space and energy with us. From four travelers who stay in, own and personally run Airbnbs, one million stars! This place is an absolute gem. ♥️

This house was perfect for our family's one month stay in Chiang Mai!

I'm Korean. This is a certification shot restaurant, so why aren't there many reviews? It's 100% the same as the picture. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Bancang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when the sun is down, if you swim at that time with only subtle lighting, it's really emotional. You know, it doesn't mean that you can use it 24 hours a day, right? It was very comfortable with a large table and chairs in the accommodation The fridge was also quite large, so it was very convenient. However, it is not a floor mat, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the spear was a wooden spear, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. A home key is essential. I personally recommend it. No need to go to a pretty cafe, just buy a coffee You can eat in the garden of the accommodation.👍🏻 Wearing an umbrella on a rainy night Eating local noodles while walking around the neighborhood I really liked that kind of sensibility. Maybe because it was a local area, it wasn't noisy. But in the morning, the chicken was so noisy... like it was next door. If you need a high-quality product, I tried to make it. I tried to make it. The room is very spacious and tidy, and the kitchenware is also very complete. Our family of three has four dining chairs in the room. The swimming pool is very clean. We had a good stay and will come back next time.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

Tai was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout our interaction. Although we had to cancel the booking by mutual agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, she was incredibly supportive and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The property itself was exactly as described. I truly appreciated her attitude and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

Overall, it was a neat accommodation. However, the ants often appeared, so it was a little stressful. I booked a room with a friend, and it was a little embarrassing to know that the room was changed on the day of check-in, but the host handled it well.

Phimhaka is a great host! I can only recommend this place! It was a huge relief to arrive in the silence after two weeks of busy city’s in Thailand. The house has all the comfort you want and it’s a place where you can really relax. Maybe the only discomfort we had was getting there. We’ve rented a car to get there. It was an adventure to start driving left, and getting used with the Thai driving style (with the deepest respect for Thai drivers 😀). In the neighbourhood we found a coffee bar with a very friendly lady and a local restaurant with great food! We’ve had to change our travel plans, and Phimphaka was so friendly to understand, and to provide a solution. Only warm words to her, and I wish her all the best!

5 stars does not do Hula Hula and Mama justice. After checking in I was immediately made to feel at home, and the location and views of the villa are exceptional. The other people staying in the hostel were all interesting and friendly, and they flooded Hula Hula with positive, chilled energy. Mama’s food is also some of the best I’ve eaten in Thailand, and when coupled with interesting strangers and a serene, nature filled setting, staying at Hula Hula will be an experience I will remember for the rest of my life. If you’re looking for a peaceful place and don’t mind a lack of luxuries, you will not regret staying here. Trust me.

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Laura's house is very, very huge. It has a wide view of the rice field and a terrace, so it's enough to enjoy whether you're a couple or alone. Also, there were a lot of clouds at night, so I couldn't see the stars, but I was able to see the fireflies up close, so it was a very good experience. Also, even if something happened, Laura responded quickly, so I was really helped a lot. Thank you so much, Laura.❣️❣️

My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.

It’s hard to describe the peace and hospitality you feel from this place. Maan and his family, even his village are so kind and helpful to help us travel through this region. This stay is rural- We were in the back of several trucks to find it, and amenities are few, but dinner and breakfast is served to the cabin after walking the fields and waking up to coffee and breakfast where he welcomed MANY curious questions from two Americans. Even in the off season, there were many birds livestock, and green plants - being able to eat the rice from the location of the farmers family is truly a blessing. Beautiful, authentic, nourishing stay. Thank you for sharing your space.
