Loft para alquiler de uso temporal, junto al Parque Nacional Sierra del Guadarrama. Situado en la planta baja de nuestra vivienda independiente. Dispone de cocina equipada, wifi por fibra (600 Mb), Smart TV, salón-dormitorio, climatización por bomba de calor, chimenea, jardín y barbacoa. Piscina compartida con los propietarios y otro alojamiento temporal para dos personas. A 45 km de Madrid, con excelente acceso en coche y autobús. Próximo a supermercados, hospital, colegios y servicios.

The village where it is located has a swimming pool, paddle tennis court, children's playground and numerous spaces for activities and outdoor walks. Enjoy and relax in an unbeatable setting!

A home with charm and modern design, with 3 bedrooms: 2 with a 1.50 bed and 1 with a double bed. It has 2 bathrooms, one en-suite with a dressing room. Everything is ready for you to live a few unique days. Private salt chlorination pool with thermal canvas, barbecue grill and air conditioning in all rooms for your maximum comfort.

Disconnect and relax 1 hour from Madrid, in an authentic village in the Sierra de Guadarrama. "La Margarita" is a charming, very cozy house, built on an old stone barn completely renovated with noble materials. It has a jacuzzi, fireplace, wifi and a small private garden with barbecue. Very close to a swamp and large pine forests: hiking, mountain biking, horse or donkey riding, mushroom picking. Ideal for romantic getaways, relaxing or enjoying as a family.
