Holiday rentals with a patio in Magenta

Costanza's place was exactly as described. Large and airy. Very clean and check in was very easy. The apartment is located just a minutes walk to a metro stop and right across the street from a nice park. On Saturdays there is a large locale street market in that same area. That was a nice surprise. One of the best things about staying here was how kind and considerate Costanza is. She was always willing to help answer questions and made us feel that our experience in Milan really mattered to her. She's a great hostess.

Our stay in Lombardy was excellent in Flavia's appartment. It's roomy, clean and has all you need while also feeling very spacious. Flavia went above and beyond with a beautifully setup babybed in the bedroom and a children's seat in the living room. She was always very kind and respondes quickly. Since she lives in the adjecent house we ran into eachother multiple occasions. And although our son already had many toys to play with in the garden she was happy to get some more to entertain him. The apartment is near the village centre with a bakery, gellataria, and a few restaurants. So even though there is a lot to do in the area you can find almost all your needs on foot which is a big plus. We parked our car in the private garage which is convenient since parking spots are quite sparse in Italy, and it was easy to load and unload for our next day trip. All in all we had a great time in Italy and we were super happy with Flavia as our host.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

We had a pleasant stay, the place is quiet and the apartment is even better than in the description. Thank you for your hospitality during our late arrival!! Maybe see you soon:)

Ernesto was an amazing host.. very friendly and helpful in giving us instructions on how to get to the city center and even explained the security measures in place and where to find additional parking if needed and much more. Super Host and the place was clean and very comfortable.

Lovely apartment and garden, amazing views. Exactly what we expected. The snack package on arrival was a nice touch after a long journey. Not an average airbnb! We will be back!

Alberto and Cristina were wonderful hosts. They were very proactive in communicating with us about our arrival and departure times. Cristina generously offered (and provided) us a ride between the apartment and Monza Station, even though we arrived late and left early the next morning. Cristina was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The apartment was very quiet and felt homey. Although Monza Station is not part of the Milan Metro system (ATM), it is a 10 minute, nonstop ride to Milano Centrale or Garibaldi FS on the TreNord commuter trains, which run several times per hour.

The stay in Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back to this apartment!! Thank you for everything, Chiara💖

The place was spectacular, looks exactly as the pictures, huge kitchen to prepare meals, rooms are very big with king side beads and a lot closets for clothes. The garden is beautiful (it has a few turtles 🐢 ) A grate plus is the washer and dryer. Great location (just a few minutes from Malpensa airport) very private, and secure. Guido was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful…will definitely stay again in Guido’s place 💯% recommend

Great location, near public transport. A lot of good restaurants near by. Very clean and nice apartment. Aircondition was very efficient 🙂

Amazing house! Peaceful and perfect place to retreat and take a break from a long vacation. Very clean and feels like an hotel, host was very welcoming and left us some food and water when we arrived. Would not recommend if you don't plan to get a car or have a car to go up to the house, unless you are very motivated to go up steep stairs for 20 minutes. Ferry easily accessible as soon as you get down, some good restaurants next to it.

Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!

Broken washmachine was disappointment

Marco's house is very nice, comfortable, it was impeccable. Very comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean and good quality linens. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the river in the middle of a landscape with lots of vegetation conveys calm. Yes, keep in mind that access to the bedroom on the upper floor is by a somewhat narrow spiral staircase. Marco was very helpful and attentive, he was always available. Without a doubt, the house and its host, Marco, are recommended.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Everything was very good. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed having a second bathroom. The accommodation is close to the train station, ideal for easily visiting the surroundings. Thank you Giada!

The apartment is beautifully decorated and really cozy. It's great to have access to the balcony and elevator is also a plus. The level of communication and service is really high. Instructions are clear and transparent - both in descriptions on airbnb, in messages and in the apartment itself. It was so easy to figure out how check in and check out is done. The apartment is very clean and nice. The area is lovely and we enjoyed both the supermarket on the opposite side of the street and metro stops just around the corner. We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)

We were in Novara for the Jehovah's Witnesses convention... the friendliness and sympathy of the owner as well as the splendid apartment, which was very clean and equipped with everything, made our stay really pleasant and peaceful... thank you very much...

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.
