The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We had a very delightful and relaxing stay at Hannes’s beautiful home overlooking gorgeous Lago Maggiore. Swimming in their pool was a definite highlight and was a refreshing treat during the hot days. The home is very well-appointed and comfortable. The gracious outdoor seating and mature plantings were lovely. Hannes and his family left very clear and friendly instructions about our stay and info about the surrounding area. Everything was thought out very well. Everyone we encountered in the surrounding towns was warm and welcoming. The nature is breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us. We had an uplifting and joyous visit! It’s a special place and clearly a lovely family!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Access on the day of arrival was super uncomplicated and very easy. Then take the elevator directly to the terrace and therefore absolutely no tinkering when lugging suitcases. The view is out of this world! Such a panoramic view is very rare on Lake Maggiore. That alone is worth the money! The place was very clean, from linens, kitchen to bathrooms, all tiptpop! A heated pool with also fantastic views of the Lago and Isola Brissago... Just a dream... We will definitely be back....

The host was super helpful and nice. The stay was pleasant I would only recommend that you take a car as it can be difficult to get around on foot.

Super location in a quiet location with brilliant views of Lake Maggiore and surroundings. Very nice house with very good amenities, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable in the two weeks from the beginning. The view is famos, with good visibility you can see the Monte Rosa massif in the distance. Tucked into the stunning Verzasca Valley, this cozy stay was a peaceful gem. The views were incredible, and the room was spotless and comfy. We were only there for one night, but it left a lasting impression—would happily return!

Everything was super nice and Guilio was more than friendly. The apartment was very lovingly furnished and for us as guests there was a fresh bouquet of flowers, a welcome sparkling wine and delicious wild strawberries in the garden.

Sandra is a super friendly, accommodating and helpful host who is always available. There was even a dog bowl filled with water ready for us when we arrived. The apartment itself and the location are first class. The view of the lake from the apartment and also from the terrace is unique. Access to the second apartment in the house was cut off, so that no one could walk past the terrace. This point was criticized in another review, but no longer applies. It's very private. The apartment and Sandra as a host are highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

Super easy to reach, super clean, super location, super nice and super fast felt at home. Our little dog Tari was also delighted and welcome. We will be happy to come back anytime.

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

The house was great, everything very clean, in a quiet, central location and generously equipped with all the details. We immediately felt at home. Caroline is an excellent host, responds very quickly, gives good tips and is very flexible. We can highly recommend this house and Caroline as a host with a clear conscience. Thanks for everything. We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

The Airbnb matched the photos and was ideally located for bouldering. Check-in and check-out were via a key box, so we never met David in person. It was a bit tedious that there were relatively few or weak lamps in the house and therefore it was rather dark. It also had some cobwebs in the house. Otherwise, it was clean and tidy.

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

We had a very nice stay in this very charming place with its own character. The lake and mountain views from the balcony are unique. Hiking trails start right behind the house - perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The property itself is very well equipped, everything necessary was available. Also, you don't have to starve on the first day after arrival, as the pantry was still well filled with pasta, pesto, olive oil, etc. That made the arrival very pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

Perfect for those looking for tranquility and nature. An accommodation with great attention to detail, a well-equipped and comfortable kitchen, beautiful windows overlooking the charming village. A pleasure to have breakfast on the balcony! Although the temperatures of the period were high, in the apartment you were fine and rested cool at night. Convenient location to visit several valleys. Friendly and discreet welcome from Mr. Paolo. Highly recommended.

We had great days in the accommodation, it was very tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were not very lucky with the weather, but we were able to use the "TV room" extensively. They always responded very quickly to our questions and we felt we were in good hands. The small bathing section is a highlight and I could still use the SUP boards, it was a lot of fun.
