Monthly Rentals in Maggie Valley

Beautiful setting and easy quick drive to downtown. The private little house is perfectly nestled in with little noise from anything other than nature. The house is spacious and plenty of room for 2 to 4 people. Nice front porch for sitting and enjoying the quiet and nature sounds.

While this wasn’t our first time in Maggie Valley, it was our first time staying at Carrie’s place and we will DEFINITELY be coming back to stay again. The home is cozy, peaceful, and private. There is a beautiful creek that runs along side the house that you can hear and the cows that live beside the property are so fun to watch from the back porch. This home was SPOTLESS. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable, too. We did not get to use the fire pit in the front yard due to night-time rain showers, but it is an amazing space to sit and relax in the mornings or evenings. Overall this space was incredible. It is decorated beautifully, so clean and comfortable, and felt like we were right at home. It was very difficult for us to leave but we will absolutely be back. Thank you, Carrie!!!

Lovely place. Our kid loved the provided toys (age 4). Lounge area is a little squeezed in, certainly the whole place is just two bedrooms off a tiny little hallway thats been converted into a kitchenette / living room area. Fine for a few nights but you wouldnt want to try and cook properly here. Driveway was a little vertiginous in our VW Golf but ultimately fine. Peaceful spot. Big dog upstairs barked a few times and we had to convince our kid said dog was not in our area.

This was our third stay with Shelda! That's probably enough said, but I'll add that she provides a quiet, peaceful, well-appointed unit with smart tv with several streaming options, an easy-controlled heat pump, comfortable queen bed, well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, along with utensils and dish cloths. There is also a nice table for two. We are planning future stays!
