The house on the lake: relaxation and meditative tranquility, Orta

Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. We are in Bedisco, a hamlet of Oleggio, 30 minutes' walk and 5 minutes' drive from the city station and its charming center. From the house, places of high tourist interest are easily accessible: Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, Monte Rosa and its valleys, Ticino Park; while Malpensa airport is only 18 km away (20 minutes by car). We will also be happy to offer the necessary assistance so that our guests can make the most of the interesting surrounding area.
