Holiday rentals with a patio in Magland

The studio is very cozy,clean. Very well equipped. You will find everything you need. The view is great!!!!! It's still a studio,I don't know if there is enough room for 4.(there were 2 of us with our little bichon). The mattress was very hard for us, but it's for us. So a perfect stay!!! thank you very much. we will be back with great pleasure!!!!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING AirBnB. Beautifully decorated and furnished; equipped with every possible thing that guests might need or want (including binoculars and trekking poles!) and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A mere two-minute walk from the train station yet still quiet and peaceful. Close to many restaurants and shops. Aurélien is a fabulous, responsive host who clearly cares about his guests. We hope to return to Chamonix some day and would be delighted to stay at this gem of an AirBnB again!

The air bnb was great! Super clean, very spacious and great location. Just something to keep in mind in case you have trouble walking/ physical ailments -- you need to climb up and down a very steep hill to get into town. It can be tiring especially in the heat. Other than that, the space itself was lovely! The host also answered super quickly. Great experience overall.

Amazing place, amazing host, amazing view, amazing location. Close to the city and far enough to appreciate amazing view. Would recommend it every day.

We had a lovely time at this place. Located in a quiet area while still close to Annecy, it's perfect :) we were very well received and the accommodation was great :)

Very nice apartment, very clean and very functional. The views are beautiful from the garden and from the sofa! Very nice hikes to do nearby. Anne-Lise is a very pleasant host who made it easy for me to arrive by sharing a video of the journey and photos of the house. I would definitely stay again because the stay was really refreshing.

Small space but very nice to 3 because there is plenty of storage and tips to optimize the space. Very peaceful, family and friendly resort. Lots of tracks and good quality. Place to discover without hesitation. Take into account that the Col de la Ramaz is closed during the winter. This road becomes a very nice backstory and walking track. Less convenient to reach Praz de Lys. But impeccable connection for downhill skiing. So it's not really an issue. And that's why this station is not crossed by a significant stream of cars. And that's really cool...I highly recommend this beautiful place in the Alps and this apartment.

This studio is in the perfect location for exploring all the area has to offer - walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and transportation (bus, train, and cable car) to the main attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and has a lovely view off the back patio of the mountains. The host was very responsive to our needs and always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend if you’re looking for a base camp to enjoy the best of the region.

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

Fully equipped chalet, 20 minutes walk from the Vercland ski lift and a few restaurants. The place is quiet is magical when there is snow (probably very good without snow but we had snow from having a snowy Christmas)!

We had a very nice week of skiing at Phil and Tracey's. Before our arrival they were able to respond to all our questions in a responsive manner and upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed with delicate attention! When it was necessary to change the gas bottle Phil was there in less than 5 minutes! The accommodation is quiet, bright and set back on the heights of Samoëns. Access to the ski bus is by car (in 2 min). Note that the entrance to the accommodation is heated and adequate to store ski clothes, boots... We were 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 9 year old child) and we felt at home! We recommend it.

Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

The apartment is excellent spacious and the location is Montaz, but the only mishkat in the bathroom is small

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

A perfect week in Morzine. We had such a great week in Natalia’s apartment, perfect location and such an ideal set up for our family. Homely but stylish. The kitchen was also so well equipped, had everything you needed and more! Thank you so much for having us, we’d love to return at some point.

We had a great time in Avignon! Chamonix center accessible on foot by paths, residence with beautiful amenities, superb apartment and easy entry thanks to the key box. Thank you again!
