In a unique location is this newly renovated lake cottage with access to its own SPA with sea views! The cottage is located on Lilla Hammarsnäs 22 km outside Höllviken. The area is known for its rich nature and culture. The cottage is approximately 30 square meters (323 square feet) and is equipped with a small kitchenette (stovetop and small oven), a fridge and freezer, a large dining table, and a 160-cm (5' 3") bed, making it suitable for 1–2 people. Towels and bed sheets are included. Access to the spa is included. Cleaning not included. Sauna is not available. Kayaks and rowing boats can be rented

Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km from Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or cycle along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good transportation connections.

Villa Lyckebo

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Guesthouse 28 sqm outside Trelleborg

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Welcome to our little strawberry place – a charming farm annex in a beautiful Skånelänga from 1844. Here you live along a quiet little gravel road, amidst rolling fields of grain and with sparrows singing loudly over the sky. We are located in idyllic Söderslätt, just a stone's throw from the sea. Nearby, miles of white sandy beaches, cozy fishing villages and some of Skåne's most famous golf courses await. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.
