Mon séjour dans cette maison a été exceptionnel. La maison est magnifique, joliment décorées avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et elle est parfaitement équipée. Voyageant avec des personnes âgées, j'ai demandé à récupérer les clés plus tôt que prévu, et l'hôte a été très flexible et compréhensif, ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. Tout le monde était ravi du confort et de l’accessibilité de la maison. L'emplacement est idéal, proche des commodités et des plages.ines était réactive et attentive . Je recommande vivement cette maison à quiconque recherche un endroit paisible et enchanteur. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

I had a wonderful stay here. The property is cosy, clean, well-decorated and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The terrace is lovely, the bed is comfy, the shower works perfectly, and the fly nets on the windows are a great touch. The street is peaceful with the sound of birds by day and crickets at night, and the neighbourhood feels very safe, even at night. Just a 2-minute walk away is a busy street with shops, cafés, fast food, and taxis. Check-in/out was smooth with a lockbox, which was super convenient during the day. The cleaning lady was warm and kind, even walking me to local shops. No WiFi, but you can buy cheap mobile data from an Orange store 10 minute walk away. Oussema is a fantastic host — always quick to reply and very helpful. Excellent value for money. I slept great every night and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Oussema!

Le séjour s’est très bien passé chez Hamza. La maison est très belle, spacieuse et propre. Elle est idéalement située dans le plus beau quartier de Mahdia, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Un vrai plaisir, je recommande vivement !

La villa a été plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes ! Personnellement , nous étions plusieurs membres d'une même famille à y séjourner , il y avait donc assez de couchages pour chacun , des chambres et pièces immenses . La cuisine équipée est très grande et magnifique . la piscine et le jardin très bien entretenu et surtout endroit paisible où il fait bon se reposer ; Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine en cette saison !!! Hamdouch a été d'une gentillesse et d'une aide précieuse ! Toujours à l'écoute et disponible !!! Nous espérons renouveler l'expérience dés que possible car nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire ! Les tunisiens sont d'une bienveillance et d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle !!!

Amazing place. Fell in love with it at first sight. The area is walkable and very alive at all times; has good options to dine in. You have everything you need in and out of the place. I also recommend taking a day trip on the boats to Kuriat Island. Rafik was very responsive and gave detailed instructions for the check in. Thank you once again for the stay and hospitality!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Das Apartment ist ideal für Familien mit 2-3 Kindern. Die Wohnung verfügt über Heizung, Klimaanlage und Warmwasser (auch nachts). Obwohl wir grundsätzlich immer in guten Restaurants auswärz gegessen hatten, wären Töpfe und Geschirr vorhanden. Das Apartement befindet sich im gehobenen Viertel. Die alte Moschee, das Meer wie auch das Zentrum sind nahegelegen. Aussenparkplätze sind vorhanden. Für Gäste ohne Auto, fahren im Minutentakt Taxis vorbei. Die Wohnung ist ruhig. Wir hatten während unseren Ferien 1-2 private Herausvorderungen in Monastir, die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht uns dabei zu unterstützen, hatte Lösungsvorschläge und war hilfsbereit. Alles in allem muss ich sagen da ich Monastir relativ gut kenne und in meinen Jungen jahren einige Zeit dort gewohnt hatte, würde ich das Apartement aus den oben genannten Gründen sofort weiterempfehlen. vše probíhalo v pořádku, komunikace bez problémů, čisté a útulné bydlení. V blízkosti obchod, restaurace a taxi,do města a na pláž asi 15minut chůze.Jen musím podotknout, že hned pod okny je drůbež a nelze se dobře vyspat. děkuji a krásné další dny přeji 🌸

Where to start! 😍 best location in Sousse! Walkable everywhere. Huge, modern and extremely clean apartment with beautiful sea view from the balcony which can be accessed from most of the rooms! Flawless facilities inside and all you need ( shops, restaurants , supermarkets.. Etc) is just downstairs! Mr.Rami - the host! What a gentleman. He treats you as a friend! He welcomed me to Sousse, recommended all nice places, was so responsive whenever I asked about anything at anytime. Also managed to get us a luxury pick up for my way to airport :) With no doubts, that was my best Airbnb experience, don’t hesitate and book it now!😉 thanks a lot Rami for this property and most importantly for your hospitality! 🤍

5 stars. Our family of 5 stayed a few nights in Monastir and loved the apartment. Spacious apartment, modern features (best shower I've had in a long time), comfortable beds, great location right on the sea, and wonderful views! We appreciated the black-out blinds for sleeping. There is a bit of construction noise early in the morning, so ear plugs help. The WiFi was on the slow side (comparable to other places we visited in Tunisia), but reliable. We had a great stay and would book again if we return to Monastir.

L'appartement est vraiment lumineux et agréable à vivre. Les pièces sont bien agencées et offrent un espace confortable. Le balcon est un vrai plus pour profiter des beaux jours. Bref, un endroit idéal pour se poser !

Deuxième réservation dans ce logement qui est agréable et très calme. il est conforme a la description. Plusieurs commerces sont au pieds de l'appartement, ce qui est tres utile. Le souk est a 10 minutes a pieds le samedi. La plage est a 20 minutes de marche tranquille ou a peine 5 minutes en taxi pour quelques dinars. Les falaises, Sqane le palais présidentiel sont un peu plus long a pied, mais en taxi ça va très vite. Monastir nous propose de belles balades long de la mer.

Haythem is very nice from the beginning. Although there is a hiccup on the first night (no hair dryer at the apartment), Haythem delivered it at the midnight considering the urgency from me on this. Very nice host, and lots of restaurant near the apartment.

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement, et c’est toujours un plaisir ! L’appartement est impeccable, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme, agréable et bien situé. Amine est toujours aussi accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir une troisième fois !

Sehr freundlich beide. Das Appartement war sehr sauber im Verhältnis zu den tunesischen Verhältnissen. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden an Utensilien was man benötigt. Würde es wieder buchen und auch empfehlen. Einzigste Manko ist, im Eingangsbereich riecht es nach Zigaretten, da der Portier raucht. Sonst alles top!

5 stars – A Perfect Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Wassim was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instruction and accommodating towards our additional requests. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. We especially loved the cozy touches like the lounge and a well stocked kitchen. We also had access to the underground secure garage to park our rental vehicle which was ideal! The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore. We felt completely at home and appreciated how well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed the apartment was. We can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough and will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in town. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

L’appartement est superbe, mobilier et décoration soigné. Les équipements etaient modernes. L’appartement et l’immeuble est neuf. Les piscines sont magnifiques, il y a du personnels d’entretien qui s’assurent de la propreté des lieux. Le parc aquatique est doté de plusieurs toboggans pour petits et grands. La plage est accessible à pied. Enfin je recommande fortement d’y séjourner. Nous avons passé un agréable moment avec nos enfants, et le fait qu’il y ai deux douches nous a grandement facilités.

Amazing stay! The flat is absolutely perfect … very clean, well-equipped, and close to everything you might need. What truly stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. I arrived three hours later than planned due to road conditions, and the host waited patiently to hand me the keys in person. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
