The apartment is located parallel to Bölschestraße (3-minute walk), the so-called Ku'Damm of the East with a variety of restaurants, bistros and boutiques or shopping. Just 5 minutes from the beautiful Müggelsee and its inviting cafés and 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Friedrichshagen or water sports center in the opposite direction (boat rental, water sports, sauna, fitness,...). Explore the historic district of Köpenick by public transport/car in 10 minutes or within 20 minutes in Berlin-City.

Das wunderschöne Apartment liegt im idyllischen Berlin Friedrichshagen. Es ist vollständig renoviert und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Essbereich und einem Badezimmer. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 15 min am Ostkreuz und in der Innenstadt. Berlin Friedrichshagen zeichnet sich durch eine besonders hohe Lebensqualität, viele Restaurants und Bars aus. Der Müggelsee ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Ideal for all who want to get to know Berlin, but want to end the evening comfortably and in a quiet atmosphere. We rent a large house with a very nice furnishing and decor (good for families with kids on Berlin visit). Biesdorf is very conveniently located, you can enjoy the nature and the quiet but is within 15-20 minutes in the city center.

Old bakery in the Fischerkietz

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

The place is a good retreat in the hustle and bustle of the big city and yet well connected: 5-minute walk to the tram to Köpenick 7-minute walk to the Mahlsdorf S-Bahn station 35 minutes by line S5 to Alexanderplatz Right on Bundesstraße 1. Despite everything, it is quiet here. The entrance to the apartment is separate from the house and equipped with its own key. Come by!

The bungalow is located on the side of our large, beautifully landscaped garden in a quiet residential area. The bungalow has a terrace. The S-Bahn train, tram and bus can be reached in minutes. Only 30 minutes to the city center. The bungalow is well suited for vacationers, commuters and students. Various shopping facilities are minutes away. If you intend to have visitors - even without an overnight stay - please talk to us.

Large enclosed living area (1 room with bathroom) in a detached house on the 2nd floor, with bathroom, kitchen area and large terrace. The apartment has its own entrance and is about 60 m ² in size. The property is accessed via a beautiful garden. The house is located on a quiet side street. Street parking is usually available. In case of emergency, there is a short walk to the neighboring street.
