Lovely house with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Good communication. Conveniently situated for coastal walks and is walking distance into the town.

Lovely flat in a fabulous location. Would definitely recommend it. The local area had some lovely open spaces for walking along with some fab restaurants for dining and cocktails. Perfect for a weekend get away.

Gorgeous flat on the seafront, with two super comfy bedrooms and beautifully curated art throughout the house - would 100% stay again if I’m ever back in St Leonard’s!

Clean, cozy, comfortable! The Cow Shed is a delight, tucked away down a country lane and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed waking up to the birds and light streaming in each morning (although there were of course curtains, should you wish to sleep in!), and in the afternoon watching the cows mill about the field. The house is well fitted out with essentials and we found everything we needed for cooking, ironing, and the like. It is a short drive into Tunbridge Wells town centre. Caroline is also a lovely host and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We would happily stay here again!

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. Well presented property - accurate photos, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, with shops within short walking distance. Parking spot was a great help! George was very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again, whenever in the area!

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Beautiful home located in the centre of Canterbury. Alizja was a brilliant host. Great communication before arrival, throughout and on departure. We would definitely recommend this location and hope to stay again when visiting. The car park opposite was also a bonus. Canterbury has some beautiful places to explore. We recommend the good shed for wine and small plates and the refectory kitchen for brunch.

My family of seven (including baby) enjoyed this space, both inside and outside. My kids went on lots of nature walks and played football in the grassy lawn. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and welcomed. The eggs, bread, butter, and snacks waiting for us were a lifesaver!! I would totally stay here again.

A comfy, clean and central location. Good for a family with teens. We had everything we needed and communication was prompt. Enjoyed a day trip to Dover Castle and Mass downtown. Very easy to get to by foot. Thank you for a lovely stay! May God bless you!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

We had a fab few days . The flat is lovely...has everything you need, lovely decor, very comfy sofa and bed. Good places to eat within a few steps and easy to get to the pier and other spots. Bifold doors open onto the balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Road is busy but once doors shut the flat is quiet...especially the bedroom. Slept very well on the comfy bed. Would recommend highly.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

The apartment was very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wood-burning stove and the terrace with its peaceful view were definite highlights.

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. What an amazing place to stay! The view from the apartment is simply stunning , could sit there for hours. Would 100% recommend this place. Great location , we walked to Whitstable along the coast. Nice local restaurants. Teresa is a fantastic host , great communication and recommendations. We can’t wait to return one day.
