The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2025: Heated pool from March 28 to November 2 inclusive. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. 115 m2 cottage + large 24 m² terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

In winter, a stove is available for your comfort. The table can be converted into a bed for 2 people. The skidbladner is moored to my property where you can park. To get on board, simply access it via the footbridge (please note that access may be difficult depending on the level of the Loire

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). If you want to stay in Angers to discover the city, work, a transfer or simply for fun, we suggest you stop by our house on Lake Maine. Quietly located with the Coulée Verte at your doorstep, you can enjoy many walks on foot or by bike and reach Lake Maine, its beach and its various activities. A shopping mall is nearby. All you have to do is put your bags down. Parking available even for large vehicles.
