Village amenities include a boulangerie 2 mins from door, pharmacy, small supermarket and village bar, weekly market in square on Thursdays. **please note there are only 2 double beds at house** We supply all bed linen, towels, tea towels and cleaning materials for your stay along with a welcome pack.

Nice family home in a troglodyte village

Very nice 145 m2 house completely renovated on one level with its 400 m2 enclosed courtyard in the troglodyte village of Rochemenier. It consists of an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room and 40 m2 living room with large bay windows. On the right side of the house you will find a master bedroom with shower room and toilet and on the left side a toilet, shower room as well as 3 double bedrooms. Wood stove. Barbecue, garden furniture and games for children. 2 cars

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to take your meals or relax and an outdoor space of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
