The accommodation is 21 m2 and it is an extension of my house. The entrance to the garden is shared and I have a cat. Wifi goes great. Parking is easy and free on the street. The house is 10 meters from the banks of the Marne and 450 m from shops. If you come by car, the location is ideal, but if you come by train you will have to walk 25 min.
