Independent house in the heart of the village (shops and restaurants 50 meters away and supermarket 3 minutes' drive), located in the Gatinais Natural Park. Come and discover a region rich in heritage: Fontainebleau 15 minutes away (world-famous climbing blocks, hikes, its castle...), Barbizon 10 minutes away, Provins, Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte... You can reach Paris in 45 minutes, direct access to A6 highway or by train in 25 minutes from Melun train station (possible access by bus from Perthes). Disneyland Paris Park 1 hr. Accommodation: Old barn renovated in 2021, offering fully equipped accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for two people but possibility of two additional beds on the living room sofa bed. A private terrace is available. Two bikes are available on request, one with a baby seat. Possibility to rent two crashpads on site.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Trois Pignons’ forest, a well-known destination for climbing (bouldering), hiking, and horseback riding. A 10-minute drive takes you to the town of Milly-la-Forêt, which has exceptional bakeries, cheese / wine shops, and a famous market. A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! A second 5-person cottage on the grounds shares the children's playground.

Located in a quiet little path on the edge of the forest, you will enjoy our accommodation that we have just refurbished, for its tranquility, the comfortable bed and the outdoor spaces. The dwelling is adjoining our main dwelling. Access is independent. The heated swimming pool is shared with our main house and is accessible depending on the season and weather (usually between June and end of September).
