El piso se encuentra situado en la mejor zona de Majadahonda, en el Monte del Pilar, con gran oferta de gastronómica, Supercor y farmacia. Ideal para descansar, montar bici o disfrutar en el parque. La urbanización tiene una gran piscina, paddle etc de gran categoría. Todo ésto a tan solo 20 minutos del centro de Madrid en coche o tren. Está excelentemente comunicado con el transporte público hacia Madrid (varias lineas de buses y la estación de tren a escasos metros) la zona es inmejorable!

Piso acogedor de 80m. muy luminoso excelentes vistas , dentro de una urbanización con piscina, gimnasio, pista de padel y zona infantil. Supermercados y centro medico a un minuto. Muy bien comunicado por transporte público (autobus) en la puerta directamente a Madrid (Moncloa) y a la estación de tren con conexion directa al aeropuerto. Cinco minutos andando al centro de Majadahonda con amplios servicios de restauración, bancos, comercios, parques etc.
