Everyone loves it, but especially the male groups in their 20s and 60s are really into it. I know that the accommodations are not very good if you go as a group. Our space is optimized for group teams, so it fits well. There was so much space... (20 people from a board game club stayed.) There is an additional charge per person if there are more than 4 people. Space 1 has a 40-pyeong party room (private use) Space 1/Space 2 Each has a bedroom (10 pyeong × 2) on the second floor. This is a warm ondol room. Beam projector/karaoke facilities are available (karaoke room can only be used until 9 pm). Seminars, workshops, and lectures are possible. There is an outdoor lawn, so it's refreshing for the eyes and heart. * Installation of a swimming pool for a limited time in the summer * (The host is not responsible for safety) The cafe wood stove adds a luxurious look. You can come with your dog. (There is an additional charge if the bedding is damaged) The party room is used as a coffee shop during the day, so it can be used alone from 4pm. It is the best accommodation for spring cherry blossoms, summer valleys, autumn foliage, winter snow, and four seasons. To provide a clean and minimalist accommodation, we want to limit the maximum number of guests to 3. The maximum number of guests is 4 when visiting with infants and toddlers under 2 years old. Guests can independently use the entire first floor and garden of the two-story house. The owner's house is on the second floor and the entrance is separate, so you can have a private time. Hwi Seonjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the sky and the mountains. Why don't you take a break from the busy daily life by looking at a little farther and higher place? It would also be ideal to awaken new senses by listening to the sounds flowing from the garden and small swimming pool (5m*3m in size, not available from September to June). Most of the spaces are handmade by the father and son and are full of sincerity. There are three rooms in total, and there are two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

VILLA POSITANO IN YANGPYOUNG

Our house is located at the top of the village, so you can enjoy freedom from outside views or noise during your stay. Outside, there is a large garden (300 pyeong + 990 pyeong garden by the Ministry of Environment) that is large enough for children to play, so children like it, and inside, the view of the Nanhan River seen through the second-floor window and the view from each space on the first floor are diverse and beautiful, so adults like it more. There is also a village-only mountain trail (Gaegunsan Mountain) 100 meters from the house, which is good for light trekking (1 hour round trip).

This is the house of a workshop and painter. I wanted to share the gallery and living space of Lemon House, which I have enjoyed living for a long time. This is a three-story structure, and the lemon room on the third floor has a primary bedroom. The second floor is a dining and living area, and guests can use it freely. The lemon-shaped window in the lemon room is a large window made by me by drawing myself. Thank you for your interest in our fancy house! We are very close to Everland; it only takes 5 minutes by car. If you are part of a large group of more than 10 people, this house is the best choice for your trip. We have 15 beds, each with its own power outlet, and the bedding is very comfortable and clean. Moreover, we have a huge garden and deck, which are great places for parties and barbecues.
