Introduction This is a sentimental accommodation “and relaxation” located in a quiet rural village in Yeoju. It is suitable for family or couple trips and you can spend a comfortable time in nature. Reservation Instructions Reservations are only available for families of 4, including infants, one couple, or two adults. Otherwise, please contact us before booking. It is difficult to book if you are more than two couples of adults or accompanied by visitors. Space composition There is a main building and a separate building on a site of about 200 pyeong, and guests can use the separate building (about 19 pyeong) and the front yard alone. The host lives in the main building. The maximum number of guests is 4 when visiting with infants and toddlers under the age of 2. Guests can independently use the entire first floor and garden of the two-story house. The owner lives on the second floor, and the entrance is separated, so you can have a private time. It is a neighborhood where quiet houses are gathered, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a peaceful rest. [Barbecue] Standing barbecue grill + grill available, and the additional cost is 15,000 KRW. [Fireplace] * The fireplace starts to burn from the season when the temperature goes below zero. * The fireplace can cause fire hazards and spread smoke indoors, so the owner lights it directly.

Our space is optimized for group teams, so it fits well. The space is so large... (20 board game enthusiasts stayed.) There is an additional charge per person for more than 4 people. Space 1 has a 40-pyeong party room (single use) Space 1/Space 2 each have a bedroom (33m2 × 2) on the 2nd floor. It's a warm ondol room. Beam Project karaoke facilities are available. (Seminars, workshops, and lectures available) There is an outdoor lawn, so your eyes and heart are cool. *Summer seasonal water play pool installation*(The host is not responsible for safety) The cafe's harmonious fireplace adds a luxurious touch. You can come with your dog. (There is an additional charge for damage to the bedding) The party room is used as a coffee shop during the day, so it can be used alone from 4 pm. Hwi Seonjae has an entire wall made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the sky and the mountains. Why don't you take a break from the busy daily life by looking at a little farther and higher place? It would also be ideal to awaken new senses by listening to the sounds flowing from the garden and small swimming pool (5m*3m in size, not available from September to June). Most of the spaces are handmade by the father and son and are full of sincerity. There are three rooms in total, and there are two bathrooms. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)

We have spacious Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast in summer season. You can take a walk along the riverside path near our house and enjoy water skiing and paragliding. Public transportation is also available. It's a 10 - minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Pick-up from Asin Station is also available.

Nonna is Italian for grandmother, and nana Maria holds a very special place in my heart. Italy has always been my second home. Every time I visited I stayed at nana Maria's summer house near the sea. The rich nature and Maria's love have stayed as a gift in my heart for more than 13 years. Maria was also the Catholic name for both my grandmothers. Nonna Maria is a tribute to my three grandmothers, all of whom I still love and deeply miss. I invite you all to this house full of love.
