This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a tranquil cottage village near Seoul. It is towards Namhyang, so the morning sunlight shines very warmly. It is the best accommodation for spring cherry blossoms, summer valleys, autumn foliage, winter snow, and four seasons. To provide clean and minimalist accommodations, we want to limit the maximum number of guests to 3 for the time being. When visiting with infants under 2 years old and under, the maximum is 4 people. Guests can use the entire first floor of the two-story house and the garden independently. The owner lives on the second floor, and the entrance to the house is separate, so you can have a private time. It is a neighborhood where quiet houses are gathered, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a tranquil rest time. Everyone loves it, but especially the men in their 20s to 60s are really into it. I know that if you go as a group, the accommodations don't like it. Our space is optimized for group teams, so it fits well. There was so much space... (20 people from the board game club stayed.) Hwi Seonjae's entire wall is made of glass, so you can start your day by looking at the wide sky and mountains. Why don't you take a break from your busy daily life and look a little further and higher? It would also be ideal to awaken new senses by listening to the sounds flowing from the garden and the small swimming pool (5m*3m in size, not available from September to June). Most of the spaces are handmade by the father and son and are full of sincerity. There are three rooms in total, and there are two toilets. (Currently, pets are not allowed in our house)
