Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Very cosy apartment-studio only 100 meters from the beach big balcony with seaview. Medium sized, 2nd floor, two bedrooms(two double beds) each with AC and two bathrooms. Small but equiped kitchen with stove, water kettle and microvawe, coffee machine, frying pans, etc.. IMPORTANT(15.06.-15.09.) Parking in front of the house is free, but it is public and not reserved, so if on move with a car it is advisable to park on private parking lot only 3 min from the house FREE OF CHARGE for my guests.

The lovely apartment for 2+2 persons on the third floor, 50 m2 , two separated rooms connected , there is the pass by the door from the first one to the second one. The first one with the queen size bed, the second one with the sofa bed in the living room , one bathroom, big kitchen well equipped with eating place, wash machine, dishes washer, sat tv, wifi, air conditioned, the large terrace with the magnificent view and facing the sea, free parking place.
