Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Makarska

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Maja's house is beautifully located, on a hillside overlooking the sea, the islands of Hvar and Brac and mountains. We were traveling with the dog and could take many beautiful walks from the house. The house is well furnished and the icing on the cake is the huge pool, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Maja welcomed us warmly and was always available for questions.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

This was an amazing stay! Exactly what I was looking for- private, peaceful and beautiful. The view was amazing from the room and then you go down to the private beach and its just serene. On the way down to the beach Damir let us feed the tortoises! Might be silly but that was definitely the highlight they are so cute. We really appreciate this experience and recommend everyone to come stay if you are looking for relaxation. I will warn though you should probably rent a car for this stay, its better so you can come and go as you please and not wait so long for public transportation. We also enjoyed driving around the mountains and seeing the Centina River Canyon and its not a bad drive to Split and other places!

We had three fantastic days in Jure's accommodation. The wonderful balcony with a view of the sea, we saw fantastic sunsets from the balcony. The apartment is incredibly clean, well-organized and nice. The hosts were genuinely nice and helpful. We got a ride from the bus station which we were grateful for. When we arrived there were also cold drinks and homemade jam in the fridge (delicious). The apartment is also within walking distance from the beach. A very nice square with restaurants and cafes is nearby. If we come to Markarska again, we will definitely choose Jure's accommodation. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness! :)

What a find - this apartment in Makarska was spotless and within a few hundred yards of the beautiful beach and the start of many restaurants and bars. It was on the fourth floor (with a lift) and had some local parking and a private space 5 minutes walk away if needed. Great views of the mountains and the sea and despite being on the main road it did not matter as it was not too busy and not noisy at all. Air con in the main room and a feisty fan in the bedroom if needed. We were met by the host and given more information than we could digest. He recommended a number of local restaurants which we investigated and, on the whole, they were fantastic. Great steaks at Ranc, excellent fish at Bura, and the food and service at Diva was divine. 2 minutes walk from a bakery for take out breakfast and fresh bread - shop within 5 minute walk. If we return to Makarska, we would not hesitate to stay in the same apartment. Thank you to our hosts for their communication and assistance :)

Ivana's apartment is a paradise where you can leave all your worries behind. Relaxing in the jacuzzi and watching the sunset with this beautiful view is incredible! This apartment has everything you need (including towels, bathrobes etc.). It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Another great feature of this apartment is the grill near the roof terrace. We really enjoyed cooking dinners there and enjoying the sea view while eating. You can also park your car on the premises, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking space. Thanks to Ivana, our stay was relaxing and carefree. She is always active and responsive. We were very kindly received by Sani, she showed us the accommodation as well as the underground parking space, water and coffee were available. The apartment was very clean and modern, nothing was missing. There is a small supermarket within walking distance, and the beach is 20 minutes away on foot. It takes 5 minutes to get to the harbor and the old town, restaurants, cafés and bars invite you to linger. We were at Sani for 12 days, there was a complete cleaning after half, incl. Bed linen change and fresh towels. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a seating area on the terrace. Everything was lovingly furnished and we felt very comfortable. Sani responded very quickly and competently to questions. Very happy to come back.

We stayed for 3 nights at Bojana’s beautiful and peaceful property. The panoramic view was beautiful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything you could possibly need. A big thank you too to Bojana who was very responsive from the outset to departure. Giving us lots of local information on arrival and she very kindly collected us from the ferry port too. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Thank you.

Loved our stay in Makarska. The apartment was the perfect location for walking into the old town and marina for evenings, and exploring different beaches by car in the day. Lovely view from the balcony, extremely quiet and very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

The room was cozy, the kitchen small but functional equipped with all the necessary gadgets, the comfortable bathroom, although there was no washing machine, we were provided with two large handwashing basins very useful. The very helpful and kind host immediately welcomed us as soon as we arrived despite being early for check-in and also provided us with the names of the nicest restaurants in the area. The apartment is in a central location you can walk to the sea, the supermarket, the city center and all the restaurants, there is also a nice parking lot nearby. Recommended if you go to Makarska

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

The Airbnb is very well located, close (3 min walk) to several delicious restaurants, close to the water and the busier core of the city. It has all the necessary/listed amenities, a very cute kitchen and nice patio. It is a great place for a girls trip or a couple + 1 or 2 kids. The washing machine is quite small, so if you need laundry plan accordingly!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!
