Great new house with two full bedrooms. Had a good rest.

We’d like to thank the host, Giorgi, for the comfortable accommodation in his big house close to Batumi. We’ve got a big family and all of us could easily accommodate on 3 floors of the house. It’s clean, air conditioned, has few restrooms. There is a huge outdoor area for barbecue and lovely and very clean swimming pool which is great for kids. The in-house kitchen is equipped with all you need including dishwasher, oven and microwave. Many variations of dishes. I can definitely recommend this nice place for a big family or a company to enjoy the sea side and smooth local weather.

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Great cabin, everything is cool

We celebrated New Year's Eve with our family in this beautiful house. The space is comfortable expectations. A brand new townhouse has just been renovated. Everything is new and fresh. The mega beds are comfortable and comfortable. All appliances and tableware are available for longer stays. The host is very friendly and helpful to the host. At our request, we brought home a Christmas tree and toys, for which we were grateful! We will definitely come back for a next time

I think I'm staying in a clean and beautiful house, the attention is great. It is an experience that must be lived.

I am staying withe friends and we r total 4 couple and 3 adults child , her house is 20 km far from Batumi city , the city name is chakavi, if u enjoy your holiday with your friends to perfect place to stay if u enjoy night clubs and some like that then u stay in Batumi city , if u have car so must u stay in this house its front of beach , beach is only 10 to 15 minutes by walk , we r enjoy our stay ,

it's worth it

The hause was clean, warm and comfortable. The location of the hause is very good.walking distance to all tourist destinations.Great place to stay with super hospitable landlords.

Ucha’s place was a great location and very close to the beach and local spots. We enjoyed our time there. Ucha let us book another night when I fell ill and was kind to help with anything to make us feel at home. Highly recommend!

the place was good walk 10 minutes to the sea , the view was amazing and the man catched us from the bus station , checked in early 1 hour and give us free bottle of red wine good quality , but the place need some clean specially the toilet and the doors need some maintenance and the house door don't lock with a keys , they didn't answer easily but totally the place was good and worth and the view was amazing , recommend it 😊👍

I stayed in this beautiful cottage in Buknari for about a month, and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for true privacy, serenity, and breathtaking views — this is the place. The setting is magical. From the cottage, you can see layers of lush trees, majestic mountains, the sea stretching into the horizon, and the city lights sparkling at night. On clear days, you can even spot snow-covered peaks in the far distance. The soundscape is pure nature, a constant concert of birds throughout the day. The cottage itself feels like a hidden sanctuary. It’s so comfortable, beautifully surrounded by greenery, and incredibly quiet. I honestly wish I could live there full-time. Lena is an amazing host, always nearby if needed, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. I had no issues during my stay. Everything was smooth and perfect. If you’re thinking about booking this place — do it. You won’t regret it. I’m already planning to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

Great stay and friendly communication. Flexible with the check-in and check-out. Please keep in mind that it can get noisy in this area until late night though. But that’s nothing the hosts can change.

Thank for great, cozy and peaceful home. I’m kindly recommending this house for your trip in Batumi. I hope to get back to your house again. I suggest all visitors drive to this house from Makhinjauri city centre, through the Israpil Jincharadze street directly to the house.

The cottage is very beautiful and very luxurious and has high privacy and the road to reach it is excellent, the host Vika was very wonderful and kind and proactive and did not leave us in need of anything. It will always be my home in Batumi for sure The most beautiful cottage in Batumi, of course.

Gela’s place is situated high above the sea and thus provides a great view you never get tired of. At three same time the sea is just 5 minutes walk. The apartment is clean and convenient. Gela is a very nice host, always eager to help

Nice place for big families and private

House was located near to the beach. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Host was very kind and helped us in every situation 😊😊 Also house looks many times better than in photos.

We had a great stay in Khatuna's appartement. We enjoy in particular the private garden, but the whole experience was very pleasant and relaxing. Khatuna is a very nice host and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was also perfectly located in old Batoumi so that we could easily walk around and enjoy all the main Batoumi attractions and good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we - come back to Batoumi!
