the house is located near the city up to 3 kilometers from the sea, with views of the city, sea and mountains. It is a very quiet place where guests can relax and unwind. The place is in a calm place with fresh air. Parking is free in the yard. There is also FREE WI-FI and IP TV. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes and the beach by car in 4-5 minutes. Some of the major landmarks of Batumi are very near, such as Piazza, Old Boulevard, Statue of Medea, Port Building, St Nicholas Church and Batumi Mosque. We live near an area where one can find busses to almost all places in the region as well as cable cars to take you up to see Batumi from above.
