Are you looking for a quiet, well-equipped apartment with sea views close to the beach? Is your sleep sacred to you, and do you value sharp knives when cooking? → High-quality mattresses (2x 90 cm x 200 cm, replaced: 02/2024 and 01/2026), → modern air conditioning from LG, → fast Wi-Fi (600 Mbps), → Bosch dishwasher, → Siemens oven and Bosch stove, → pots, pans, knives & cutlery from WMF & Tefal, → coffee maker, toaster & electric lemon squeezer, → AEG washing machine. The final cleaning fee is 70 euros (from 09/26: 80 euros) and must be paid before departure. The entire apartment and also the terrace are non-smoking areas. Our home is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The living-dining room is very spacious. It has large windows with access to its large terrace and swimming pool, and it has great light throughout the day. From there you can appreciate the ocean views, as well as incredible sunsets.
