Here at The Lodge pubs/cafes are just up the road or you can relax on the decking with a glass of wine from the local vineyards. The Castle Hedingham Hideaway

Our Hideaway is a secure retreat for couples of all ages. It's situated inside our large private gated garden(no steps) Guests can relax with a drink on the patio whilst taking in the amazing garden and spectacular woodland setting. Lovely country walks. Wonderful Autumn colours. The village has 2 pubs, tea room and 3 all weather tennis courts. A small child's bed can be made available(small extra nightly cost). We are dog friendly. Squirrel cabin is a luxury glamping 1 double bedroom cabin. Squirrel cabin can comfortably sleep 2 people but also has the capacity to sleep up to 4 upon request. The cabin contains a lounge and dining area, a kitchen area, a shower room and a W.C. The cabin is situated in the heart of Essex countryside and by a peaceful lake. The cabin has it own garden with a bubbling hot wood fired hot tub for you to enjoy! We have 5 cabins in total and are located on an arable farm. Postcode CB10 2XG.

This rural retreat for two promises a perfect blend of comfort and convenience making it ideal for a relaxing break. The cabin stands alone in our garden with lake and rural views. From the cabin, scenic walks and cycling paths with vast open skies beckon. Nature enthusiasts and dog walkers will be thrilled by the birds and wildlife in our area and the stunning views around the local lakes.

The Pickers' Lodge

Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford this unique cabin sits on a working fruit farm. It offers a peaceful setting to work from or relax in which overlooks a small plum orchard. Just a short walk away you can pick up supplies from Lathcoats Farm Shop or use The Bee Shed Coffee House for breakfast or lunch. The Picker's Lodge offers a kettle, toaster, microwave and everything you need for something quick and easy in the evening or visit a local pub or restaurant, plenty to choose from!
