We had a great two weeks in the villa of Vangelis and enjoyed every minute. The view of the Lefka Ori, the great pool with counter-current system and the many different seating options were particularly great. The house is very lovingly and high-quality furnished and all necessary cooking utensils are available. I'm sure we'll be back.

This upscale and well equipped villa is an excellent place to relax. Surrounded by olive trees and set in a fairly large property, you can enjoy peace and privacy in this spacious and comfortable house, while especially the upper rooms and terrace offer beautiful panoramic vistas. We spent new year‘s eve here and the hot tub and a romantic fireplace more than made up for not being able to jump in the pool at this time of the year. Communication and check-in with co-host Ioanna was very friendly and professional. Overall, a highly recommended experience.

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect and the host went above and beyond to make it a brilliant holiday. The massages we had at the house on the last morning were the perfect end to a great holiday. The place is up a hill but this was no issue for us. It is close enough for a walk into the old town and 5 mins walk to the best beaches.

This house was absolutely amazing – just like in the pictures, if not even better! The location right by the beach is truly breathtaking, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. All the furniture and appliances are top-of-the-line – everything was spotless, high-quality, and incredibly comfortable. Ria was a fantastic host – super friendly, always quick to respond, and very helpful. We really appreciated how kind and welcoming she was. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would recommend this house to absolutely everyone. A perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay, it far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was as described, really clean and comfortable. The rooms were a good size with 2 decent sized en-suite bathrooms and the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed BBQing on the terrace and eating outside. The private pool was much bigger than we expected and the kids loved jumping into it at the end of the day whilst we had cocktails, available from reception! The apartment is in an agricultural area surrounded by olives trees and poly tunnels growing tomatoes. This meant it was lovely and peaceful. The sunsets were amazing and view uninterrupted. Phalasarna beach was a short drive and out of season it was relaxing and a really great place to be. The shallow water meant it was really safe for the kids to enjoy jumping in the waves on windy days and swimming and exploring little caves on the calm days. Alexandros was a fantastic host, helpful and quick to respond any questions we had. We hope to come back one day!

We had a nice time, the accommodation is wonderful and as described. We felt very comfortable. It has a private garden and a terrace with a view for private use. Both were very great. Overall a great accommodation, we lacked nothing. Communication with Michalis also worked out great. We tried the tips, and we went to the tavern near the accommodation several times. We would come back anytime.

Me and my wife stayed here with our two year old for our honeymoon and we were blown away! Evi was the best host we’ve ever had! She was so accommodating no matter what the request. So friendly and made us feel right at home in her beautiful house. We loved every second! Nothing was ever too much of a problem for Evi and she was always so quick to respond! The house was exactly as described (if not better) and we enjoyed it to the max. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location is perfect. Everything you could possibly need is a short drive away. The views were great too. Evi was amazing with our little boy as well, so kind and generous. It's a dream come true! This accommodation was simply perfect – from the amenities to the loving furnishings to the warm hospitality of Ksenia and Giannis. Everything is high-quality, tasteful and designed with so much attention to detail that you feel comfortable and welcome from the first moment. A real highlight was the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea - waking up in the morning with the sound of the waves, ending the day in the evening with this panorama... priceless! The proximity to the cozy tavern, which is run by the host family, was also particularly nice. The same warm, open atmosphere prevails there as in the accommodation. We spent wonderful evenings there with delicious traditional, regional Greek cuisine, live music and a lot of cordiality. A place we think back to with a smile – and one we definitely want to come back to. A thousand thanks for everything!

Such a beautiful spot, close to touristy Platanias, but peaceful and quiet at the same time. Telios! Perfect location if you’ve got a car and want to explore, everything in the Chania region is within an hour or so drive. And honestly, even the drives themselves are stunning. Crete’s landscapes are absolutely breathtaking. The house is spotless, the kitchen’s fully equipped, and the hammock? Absolute great. There are fresh oranges and lemons in the garden too, such a treat! Stelios is super helpful and makes sure everything’s just right for you. I really enjoyed my stay here. If you’ve got car and want to see a lot, this is the perfect base. Also great for kids, there’s the cutest little treehouse in the garden!

Amazing home, literally about 20 steps away from the beach. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. It looks brand new! The host had fresh fruits, delicious cakes, pastries, still and sparkling water in the fridge, bags of ice in the freezer and a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us at check in, which was an amazing experience! Best Airbnb host ever! The villa had a private rooftop deck that was the ultimate place to relax and unwind, while offering an amazing view of the Sea of Crete. The rooftop also has a very big jacuzzi, dinning table, seating and loungers. I forgot to mention that the neighborhood has restaurants and shopping in both directions. You will definitely be happy with this place.

Electra was just amazing. We met her close to the apartment and she brought us there to do the check-in in with us. She is super friendly and shared some recommendations with us. The place is as described, it has everything needed for a few days. The garden and the spot under the olive tree are beautiful to have breakfast or read. Note: you will need a car to get there, but it is just a short drive to some restaurants and supermarkets. It was a really great stay and a good location to explore the west of Crete and its beaches.

Great house really beautifully and stylishly renovated. It was a joy to stay for a few days. House is right by the sea in a cool neighbourhood with bars and restaurants and a short 10 min walk to the main port of Chania. Communication with Katerina was great and she was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

Alexandros and Sofia are fantastic hosts with an eye for detail. Even prior to our trip they sought contact so that the trip to their location went as smoothly as possible. We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. Everything new, clean and tidy. Like a quiet oasis almost on the beach, on a side street from the lively main street where you will find everything within walking distance. We wanted a massage and Alexandros arranged an affordable, very nice masseur at our place in no time. A place to remember!

Always responsive and provided recommendations for parking which is important in that part of Chania. Nice place to stay in a quiet part of town - easy to walk to lots of nice shops and restaurants.

What a find! Spectacular views from every angle and so peaceful amongst the olive groves. Perfect place to unwind after a busy day of site-seeing. Manos was wonderful host and recommend the most lovely local restaurant. His home made olive oil was delicious too.

A place to stay with a truly breathtaking view. We felt very comfortable. Our two-year-old son also found his way around very well and played with us at the pool, but of course you should always keep an eye on him. Overall, the accommodation looks much more spacious than in the photos and is well equipped. We didn't miss anything. There are even dumbbells for sports and chairs and umbrella for the beach and a potty for children. Communication with Eleni went very well. She always reacted quickly and made everything possible. We will be happy to come back.

The hosts were warm and generous like we’ve never experienced. In addition to the stunning home, they did little things you don’t expect (like olive oil, tsipouro and wine from their orchards). The location is stunning with a view of sunrise AND sunset. We went off season, so the award winning butcher at the bottom of the hill was a big plus, as was the nice grocery store. The top of the bluff to the home would be a challenge for a car larger than our VW T-ROC. Don’t miss the church and WWII War Memorial within a short walk. It’s rare that what we expected was exceeded by what we experienced. This is likely the best property in Platanias with awesome hosts. Book now!!
