What an amazing place. The anti - boutique art cafe is something to experience. When so many places are being turned into “luxury living “ boxes it was delightful to stay in a 500 year old property with all its charm and quirks. Coming home at night to our own a bar was fun. The bed was extremely comfortable and the access to art materials was a real bonus to my artist husband. The kitchen has lots of equipment and the water in the shower has high water pressure and heater only takes a short time to produce VERY hot water. Once the inner door is closed the apartment is very peaceful. Communication with Spiros was excellent. It’s difficult to suggests any improvements. Maybe more pillows. We would appreciate a washing machine but understand this is extra cost. Be aware the cleaner next door sometimes spills water from the balcony into the garden. Just sit to the left. Oh I don’t forget to try the restaurant next door. Thank you Spiros for a lovely stay. A great way to end our 4 weeks.

Perfect location, 20m to the beach, many restaurants, friendly people, parking spot bit tricky but never more than 200m. Communication perfect, very proactive. Exactly as the pictures shows.

Eine schöne Unterkunft für Pärchen um Chania zu erkunden. Eine sehr nette Familie mit Restaurant und Frühstückscafe (Honig kaufen !!!) gleich an der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und ihrer Familie war immer sehr schnell,herzlich und unkompliziert. Ich würde die Wohnung immer weiterempfehlen, nur mit der kleinen Anmerkung dass man fit sein muss um auf die Terasse zu kommen und das für den ein oder anderen etwas unbequem sein könnte.;) für uns war es okay.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Kissamos. C’est un endroit bien placé pour visiter le Lagon de Balos et la plage de Elafonisi qui sont 2 lieux magiques et époustouflants. Le logement est très grand dans une grande maison avec jardin et parking. Il est très bien équipé . L’accueil de Chrisida est top avec fruits et boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Un grand merci! On recommande !

Located right in the heart of old town Chania, can easily people watch and take in the sights and sounds of old town without having to leave your place. Perfect sunset views. Note: best place to reliably park for free overnight is “Chania town car park”, about a 10 min walk. May be easier in the off season; and harder in the peak. Overall the location can’t be beat.

C'est notre second séjour chez Τζένη et ça été un plaisir de retrouver une personne gracieuse chaleureuse qui incarne l'hospitalité Grecque. L'appartement est en tout point identique à ce qui est décrit sur l'annonce, point particulièrement positif est la présence d'un grand balcon avec vue sur la mer, sur la montagne . Le stationnement sur une vaste place située à seulement 50 mètres est aisé, toujours des places disponibles. Possibilité de baignade à 5 minutes à pieds dans une piscine naturelle. Se rendre dans le centre de la Canée est possible en 25 minutes à pieds en longeant la mer. C'est une promenade paisible et digestive après un bon repas. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons Ευχαριστώ πολύ Τζένη για τη φιλοξενία σας, ίσως τα λέμε του χρόνου .

It was a great size apartment with a great outside space. The pool was lovely. It is a modern clean living space with fabulous welcome touches having wine, homemade pies fruit and cake, Anastasia changed towels on request and gave us recommendations of restaurants. Always available for enquiries, would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a stunning apartment

Mein Freund und ich waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines schönen modernen Hauses. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist die schöne Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Die Lage ist super. Es sind circa 15 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Zentrum Chanias. Mehrere Strände sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig gelegen. Es bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um Kreta zu erkunden. Katerina und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein frischer griechischer Salat, Orangen und Wein. Wir bekamen ein paar Tage später frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten. Katerina war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen! 5/5 Sterne!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kalimbari. Unsere Gastgeberin Georgia hat uns freundlich empfangen und die Wohnung ist mit einer Erstausstattung wie z.B. Wasser, Früchte, Honig und Zwieback für die ersten Tage ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und bei einem längeren Aufenthalt werden sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht. Die Ausflugstipps von Georgia haben wir sehr gerne angenommen. Der Ort bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für vielerlei Tagestouren im westlichen Kreta. Bei allen Anliegen waren Georgia und ihr Mann äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben die 11 Tage dort sehr genossen und fühlten uns beim Abschied fast schon so, als würden wir zur Familie gehören. Beautiful, clean, and very responsive. The stay was as advertised. This home is well maintained, comfortable , and close to everything.

Wir wurden von Mixalis sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und er hat uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt. In der Küche stand ein großer Obstkorb, gefüllt mit saftigen Apfelsinen, Äpfeln und Bananen. Die Wohnung war mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet und das Wlan ging sehr schnell. Unser Auto konnten wir sicher auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Das Grundstück hat ein großes Tor, dass sich automatisch verschließen lässt. Nach Rethymnon mit guten Einkaufsmöglickeiten sind es nur einige Kilometer, aber auch im Ort kann man Lebensmittel kaufen. Uns hat es in der Wohnung von Mixalis sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles! Peter und Martina

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

Beautiful mountain retreat, quiet and peaceful. Place is a bit darker inside than photos but was comfortable and clean. Sitting by the pool in the morning was a delight - we were very at home here. Lovely to arrive to a bottle of wine in the fridge. Lots of winding roads to get here, but nice to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Het was een prachtig huisje in een prachtige berg omgeving Alles was goed verzorgd en de twee terrassen waren geweldig Het uitzicht en de rust waren adembenemend De familie was erg gastvrij We hebben ook bij hun taverne gegeten Heerlijke authentieke Griekse gerechten !! Alles zeer rijkelijk De wasmachine was ook erg handig. Als je de westkant van Kreta wilt bezoeken en van rust en natuur houdt is dit zeker een aanrader vooral ook om de centrale ligging.

Wir waren vom 6.10.-12.10. bei Nikos in der Unterkunft. Der Meerblick war toll. Abends haben wir das Meer rauschen gehört. 2 Minuten zum Strand. Das Wasser war klar und angenehme 25°. Am Strand waren nicht viele Leute, eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Insel bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Altstadt von Rethymno ist allein eine Reise wert. Die Preise sind ok. Die Griechen sind nett und gastfreundlich. Nikos war zur Stelle, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft können wir empfehlen👍. Se amate una vacanza fuori dai sentieri conosciuti, lontano dalla folla delle località turistiche... questo è il vostro posto. La casa si trova in un piccolo villaggio attaccato alla roccia con una vista mozzafiato sulla gola di Rokka. La terrazza che dividerete con altri ospiti, è perfetta per godersi la colazione o l'aperitivo. Da sapere che ci sono dei gatti che vengono alla ricerca di cibo... per eventuali allergici.. Marianna ci ha fatto trovare del cibo per la prima sera ed è sempre stata reattiva per risolvere qualsiasi quesito o problema. Rokka è il posto ideale per esplorare le spiagge del nord ovest dell'isola e Chania. Per le spiaggie a sud ovest ci vuole almeno un'ora di macchina. Portiamo via con noi dei ricordi bellissimi Grazie

We had a lovely but short stay at Valia’s very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The wrap around balcony was a treat and the rooms stayed cold and dark to allow us to sleep off our jet lag. Nice and close to old town Chania and lots of spots nearby for coffee/wine and pastry!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

The place is quite clean and quiet. It is located the top floor and the ocean view from the room is wonderful. It has sufficient kitchen equipment, large living and bed rooms. A free parking spot is close by. I recommend this place.

From the start, Sia and her husband were very warm and welcoming. At check-in, they walked us through the apartment, which looked exactly like the photos. The view is fantastic from the front balcony. Everything was very clean. Loved that there were electronic blinds for most windows. We rented a car and there was a parking spot available for us in Sia's garage. We did find the bed a bit too hard for our tastes (to each their own!), and we sometimes had trouble with the wifi dropping in the main bedroom. Overall, we loved Sia's place and would stay there again!

Angela is the best host, so helpful and pleasant , a lovely lady! and her apartments are better than the photos, we absolutely loved staying with Angela 😊👏
