Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Unweit der Ostsee kannst du hier deinen Urlaub in der knapp 60qm großen Unterkunft und dem dazugehörigen Garten genießen. Genieße die Ruhe in dem kleinen Örtchen mit Naturschutzgebiet oder entdecke in der Umgebung verschiedene Strände, Seen, Schlösser, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Von hier aus kann man vieles schnell erreichen. Habt es schön!

Du hast eine eigene Terrasse mit separaten Zugang zu Whg. Unser Gartennutzung n RS. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ländlich. 200 Meter bis zum See in dem gebadet werden kann. Romantic loft for individual holidays on the Baltic Sea. In the heart of Lütjenburg, not far from Hohwacht Bay, various beaches (5-7 km) invite you to swim. Old beams, trusses, raw plaster. Original masonry & old planks. The house is raw and original, not dead renovated. Crumbs sometimes fall from the ceiling and the cracks provide fresh air. The loft is anything but uncomfortable. It has style. 29 m² of living space await you in the 100-year-old half-timbered house.

Leisure activities such as cycling, walking, canoeing, boat trips on the "Luise," and much more are a real treat. You'll love my place because of the peace, the light and the surroundings. My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.
