A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

Thank you Francesca for your perfect hospitality. We loved living in the heart of Stromboli for a few days. Everything is ready: excellent supermarket, bakery, beaches, port, the best granite in Sicily... paradise! The view from the terrace is superb. The terrace is beautifully planted with trees and flowers. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom too. We recommend.

superb place, its name, Nido sul mare, totally suitable. nicely decorated, this little house is a haven of peace where only the sound of the waves that scrap, is heard. we loved it.

Isabella is adorable, she welcomed us when our boat arrived, even though we had changed the schedule. The explanations were clear and his accommodation is really very nice. We spent three wonderful days in Lipari. A change of scenery guaranteed 😍

A wonderful authentic Sicilian apartment on the main (but never too noisey) street of Lipari. So close to everything and walking distance to the port. Also, HIGHLY recommend the restaurant Osteria San Bartolo - the best food we had in Sicily bar far with an outstanding wine list.

Paola and Marcello's historic family home matches the descriptions. It is located in the historic center of Lipari in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the port and close to clubs and services. It is equipped, a comfortable and informal nest. Our vacation was special thanks to the welcome of Marcello, who picked us up at the port, accompanied us to spectacular places and offered experiences and stories with Paola with rare attention and availability.

Marco is a fantastic host! He met us at the ferry, made restaurant recommendations, and helped us to book a taxi when we returned to Palermo! He was quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was clean and airy and comfortable. We can’t wait to return to Lipari and would definitely book with Marco again!

Patrizia's place is really great! It is very bright with its large glass window that allows you to have a view above the roofs to the sea. The bathroom is new and very clean, as well as the rest of the place. Patrizia was very accommodating and communication was easy. You should know that in winter, from November to March, the common area of the accommodation is closed, but it was not a problem because the night falls quickly and meets in the evening in the apartment was pleasant because it was well equipped. In general, in winter there is not much open on the island of Lipari. Nonetheless, we still found bars and restaurants open, and did many hikes, under the sun ☀️

Five stars are not enough to stay in Paradise. The cottage is comfortable and well maintained, but the real highlight is the patio with one of the most beautiful views you could ever want. Highly recommended!

The apartment is perfect! The location is amazing - steps to the black sand beach. What an amazing place!

superb stay at Fiorella's apartment, the view of the strait between vulcano and lipari is sumptuous, watching the sailboats you can see the whole archipelago of wind turbines and fantastic sunsets. the residence is far from all shops, we were on foot: 20min from the beach and 25/30 minutes from shops. i recommend it ++ ++ thanks for everything

Very nice and well located on the island of Stromboli. Very nice terrace and very good breakfast.

Salvatore was an exceptional host, always present and very helpful, lavish with tips and reports. Small house (as described) but very tidy, new in finishes and amenities and clean. Location in a very nice area on the island with a fantastic view.

This was a lovely 6 night stay. The property is very well maintained, beautiful flower gardens everywhere, the pool area was lovely too. Luca was helpful with recommendations for beaches, lidos, restaurants and boat hire. Thanks so much Luca

At the risk of replicating so many of the other wonderful reviews I must unequivocally say that Beatrice’s home was absolutely stellar. Every single aspect was superb: the design, location, conveniences/equipment/furnishings were all incomparable! BUT most importantly the care, attention, and genuine and authentic hospitality were the most remarkable. Beatrice and her mother could not have made us feel more like family and not simply renter-guests. We are only one day removed from the tender sea breeze embrace of Salina and already feeling the pull to return. I cannot imagine an Aeolian stay anywhere else as glorious as Appartmento Maria Teritza. If AirBnB gave lifetime achievement awards to hosts, Beatrice and her family should be at the very, very top of the list. So many heartfelt thanks from myself, Kirsten, and of course Dinky!

We had a pleasant stay on Via Marina. The place is very comfortable, equipped with everything. We really enjoyed the outdoor veranda. The listing is a 3-minute walk from the harbor. Note that the address on Airbnb doesn't match, but the host will send you the photos and a small graphic guide. I recommend, if you are a light sleeper, to bring caps as they pass scooters in the area.

The property was better than the description. It was ammaculately clean. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated. The appliances were all of a high standard as was the furniture beds ect. Very spacious place. No negatives at all. Ellena was very helpful and responded to all queries promptly. Would stay again.

I love it and miss it already. A little paradise with a breathtaking terrace. The view over the sea towards Stromboli and Panarea makes you feel the poetry of the sea - day and night. The house has everything you need, and you can get everything else if you walk up the small pittoresque path in the center of the village. Ludovica is a lovely host who takes care of everything you need. Thank you again for this so precious time at your place.

Lovingly furnished apartment in a house with several units. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Private beautiful terrace. View over other houses to the sea with Stromboli and Panarea. The apartment has all the necessary facilities (dishes, clothes rack, clothes pegs, sunshade...). Very thoughtful. We didn't miss anything. Shared roof terrace from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Kitchen inside and outside. 2 minutes to the bus stop. Regular bus service to Lipari (journey time about 8 minutes). Denise is a fantastic host who is present for questions and problems and quickly takes care of solutions. A house is currently being built next to the property, so there is noise at times. Most of the time, however, it was very quiet. In the morning, you can hear a variety of beautiful birdsong. We had a wonderful week in a great apartment.

Highly recommend this place for your time in Lipari! Everything was perfect for us - aside from the shower head in the ensuite of the master bedroom - it is old / broken and needs replacing. Perfect location and lovely apartment otherwise!!! Very responsive host :)

Marinas Airbnb is the place to stay for a trip to Salina! Extremely spacious and located right off of the ferry and on the Main Street in Santa Marina, this made a perfect place to stay for our girls trip. We felt extremely safe and not to mention, the views are absolutely breathtaking! Would suggest anyone to stay here as we always felt safe, with many restaurants and wine bars to choose from locally. Thank you Marina for all of your suggestions!
