Within the family house we offer two apartments. In the large apartment located on the second floor of the family house we offer accommodation for eight people. All rooms have a separate balcony with a unique view of the port of Mali Lošinj. The apartment also has a spacious terrace that offers the possibility of a quiet breakfast or dinner in the open space. The smaller apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and provides accommodation for four people. The house is close to the center, and the landscaped beach is a five-minute walk away.

Villa Del Mar is located on the west coast of Croatia. Mali Losinj is an island full of lush tall pine trees, beautiful crimson sunsets, and crystal-clear waters.  Brand new from summer 2021, these sea-view apartments with heated pool offer neutral and modern furnishings with anything you would expect to make a home away from home. Superior has external jacuzzi located on the terrace. Choose between Superior or Deluxe depending on the size of your family and enjoy a beautiful and relaxing stay.

Studio Apartment for 2 Enjoy your holiday in this cozy studio, ideal for couples! The accommodation is located just 300 meters from the nearest beach and 800 meters from the city center, in a quiet area with plenty of nearby amenities. Apartman Perla

The newly renovated studio apartment Perla is located in the old town, just a few minutes from the center and all the accompanying amenities. It consists of a large beautiful yard, entrance area, kitchen, bedroom (possibility of double or twin beds), living room (extra bed - sofa bed) and bathroom with shower. The nearest beach is only a ten-minute walk from the apartment. In the greenery of the yard you can relax with a morning coffee or a romantic dinner.

Country House

The house Casa di Campagna is located in a quiet private property surrounded by mediterranean landscape with its herbs and scents. There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a room with a sofa bed, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining area connected with terrace and covered grill/barbecue, private parking.

Studio apartment Adriano

Recently renovated studio apartment for two people. It is located in a quiet location only 7-10 minutes easy walk to the nearest beach, 3 minutes to the city center and all accompanying facilities (shops, bakeries, restaurants...). Guests have at their disposal an equipped kitchen, bathroom, 1 bed 160x200, internet access, air conditioning, TV. Parking nearby and illuminated access to the house.

Apartment Marija 2 with 2 bedrooms (4 persons)

Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.

You do not need a car because everything you need is nearby: supermarket, bakery, butchery, a few restaurants. 10 min walk to the city center. Under the pines, right on the beach and by the sea walkway (lungo mare). Valdarke area is located halfway between Mali Losinj and Veli Losinj, within walking distance from both towns. Our apartments are cosy, well maintained and perfectly equipped for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.
