Villa Ora is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. Our villa offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat surrounded by olive groves. It features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of our villa is the stunning outdoor area, featuring a large swimming pool, a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue, and a beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and olive trees.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for a total of 8 beds with 4 bathrooms as well as a splendid living area and a beautiful patio in front of the private pool where you can spend your days and evenings in tranquility, enjoying a portion of the sea view. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, air conditioning, powerful wi fi are included for free. Your pets are more than welcome ;)

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Little 19th century casa, Casa Maggiolina, Istria

Beautifully renovated autochthonous stone house of 85 sqm with a yard of 94 sqm, in a small Istrian village, only 15 km from Pula and the first beaches. Casa Marta is a beautiful newly built small modern villa with a private pool, designed with love and care that offers its guests a perfect holiday, for anyone looking for a different form of vacation, away from the summer hustle and bustle of tourist centers. The house is in a quiet location in the town of Marčana, 10 km from Pula, 8 km from the first beach, 5 km restaurant and 1.5 km shop.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
