La Vue des Alpes is a new and bright, quiet and independent cottage, nestled in the heart of a pretty mountain village (800 m) with a great panoramic view. Ideal for recharging your batteries while discovering tourist Alsace, its famous Christmas markets and its legendary Alsace Wine Route, which begins in Thann (10 km), famous for its stone lace collegiate church and pilgrimage. The calm, the fresh air, the proximity to the ski slopes and shops and especially the exceptional view.

The Puits de Lumière near Markstein and Grand Ballon

Hello, Claudine and Daniel welcome you to the Gîte, Le Puits de Lumière. It is an old house (late 1700s early 1800s) completely renovated while retaining all its period charm. Height of bedroom and bathroom ceilings 200 cm and 220 cm for living room and kitchen. Coffee makers, toaster, raclette oven, blender and all the essentials. Towels, sheets, duvet, pillows are included. The Puits de Lumière is separated by a small airlock from the La Grange Gîte. See you soon.

Welcome in our small log cabin in the heart of the Vosges mountain area in France. Enjoy a cosy interior for your stay with friends or as a couple. The place is equiped with a kitchen(ette) that allows you to prepare a simple dish, a bathroom, toilets and two bedrooms on the first floor. Whether you come to relax or for long hikes in the surrounding mountains, we are happy to welcome you. We can help you with suggestions in fluent English, French or Dutch.

Come and relax in one of our two charming wooden maisonettes with sauna, on the edge of the forest, in a quiet area. You will also enjoy a splendid view of Lake Gérardmer. With a capacity of 1 to 4 people, "Hissala Juliette" is a real cocoon for a break for couples, families or groups of friends. The maisonette is an annex of our home, so we will be there to welcome you and will be able to advise you if necessary, while respecting your privacy.
